Hi! I'm Elizabeth & I got my FitBit for Christmas. I have been coveting one for a while now. I hope to use it to keep me inspired to continue my running training. My goal is at least 2 half marathons in 2016. I look forward to hanging out with you, and inspiring each other to keep moving :)

Hello fellow trackers! I live in southern Idaho and am a Misfit Shine user. My current goal is 7,000 steps and 30 minutes of exercise 7 days per week. I am working towards 10,000 steps per day in the next 40 days (which will be my 90 day mark). I started with 2,000 steps and 10 minutes of exercise 7 days a week September 24th. Thank you for inviting me :). I look forward to taking on challenges together.

Remember that fitness is a skill. It takes education, repetition, and time to sharpen the skill.

Just joined a few minutes ago. I love hiking outdoors with my dog, but also have a treadmill and WATP DVD. I currently only manage 1-2 miles. I can't begin to tell you how many pedometers I have lost, so I have no idea how many steps I manage doing other things throughout the day.

emoticon my name is Pat and I live in Southern Indiana. I'm a walker and love to walk. I try to get 15K steps per day at least 6 days a week.

I am married (45years) to a wonderful man. I have 2 children and 3 grandchildren. My son is married and has the 3 kids. My daughter isn't married. We live within 25 miles of them so we see them a lot.

With the holidays coming up I need challenges to keep me "in line!" Thanks for letting me join you on your journey!!

Hi, I'm Carrie and I live in Castle Rock. I have recently been diagnosed with adrenal fatigue. One of the "prescriptions" was to walk slowly & leisurely every day for 10-30 minutes and not to overdo it. I just have a step counter and my goal is small right now -- 5000 steps. I don't reach every day, but I do my best. As I begin to have more strength and energy I will increase the goal.

Hello everyone. My name is Susan and I'm in my early 60s. I live in Winnipeg, Manitoba, CANADA and our winters, which usually last 6 months, make being active rather challenging.
Walking is my main form of exercise. I do not belong to a gym and seem to lack the motivation to work out at home (although I would like to). I have a FitBit One; my daily step goal is 12,000.
I have approximately 10-15 pounds to loose but except for the daily fluctuations I can't seem to budge them. Looking forward to being part of this team and getting to know you all better.

Hi Everyone! My name is Becky. I'm 45 and live in Manheim, Pennsylvania. Walking is my main form of exercise. My goal is 12,000 steps everyday. I do try to hit the gym at least three times a week to do weight machines. I have over 100 pounds I'd like to lose, so I'm trying to take baby steps and not focus on the big amount. Thanks for the invite! emoticon

Hi,
I am Mary Ann, and I am in my early 50s. My goal is to PGBack-Please Get Back. I was healthy until two years ago when I was diagnosed with an aortic aneurysm, very leaky heart valve, high blood pressure, hypothyroidism, a rare type of vasculitis, and breast cancer. I had surgery to graft the aneurysm and my heart valve replaced, a mascetomy, chemo, and radiation. I am working on getting stronger. At this time, other than cardiac rehab, my doctors have just recommended for me to walk to regain strength.
emoticon It has been a tough two years, but we have never felt alone. My wonderful hubby has taken great care of me. I am looking forward to the team. Thank you for the invitation.

Mary Ann
