Hi Denise and welcome!! This is a GREAT site and you will find SO much information and support. It can be overwhelming at first because there is so much to see and do (if you want to), but there's no time table, so just take your time and have fun with it. You will meet some wonderful people here who will cheer you on and encourage and support you. I use the Nutrition Tracker and Fitness Tracker and follow the "Friend Feed" to see how everyone is doing and to lend support. I wish you all the best on this new journey for yourself. You'll find what works best for you and we'll all help to encourage you along the way.

welcome to SP. I have found a couple friends here at this group. We have made a few outings bowling, and walking so far. If you are interested in this we would love to meet you.

This is a great site to find information and get support from others.

I only track my excersices. everyone does things different. Alot of people track their food here. It is what you make of it, and it has been great for me.
