I stuck to my plan excluding working out. I pushed it hard the day before and the body was on shutdown mode for the rest of the week.

However I believe not having the left over helped. I can see my body holding on to more water as a result of eating that good hearty food.

I am back on track today with my eating and workouts. emoticon

Hey,

I hope everyone has been doing well, staying safe out there. If anyone is going to thanksgiving dinner do you have a plan of how you will be tackling your meal? I love hearing strategies and applying them to mine.

For now, my plan is to not overeat. I do want a little bit of everything I like but no doggy bag! I will also be getting in my workout in the morning to ensure I have extra calories on top of my daily calories. I may not be in the burning calorie range but I still like to practice staying on top of things!

I look forward to hearing some new things that can help! Happy Thanksgiving in advance :-)
