Thanks for the post AMO. I am determined to spend some time reading. With my love working until 4pm today, I think I might get some time in this afternoon. Based on your post, I don't believe it's new info. for me either, just a refresher I need.

Chapter Six: "The Law of Calorie Balance and The Mathamatics of Burning Fat"

The chapter covers understanding calories, understand your individual Basal Medabolic Rate (how many calories you need each day to stay where you are), then understanding how to cut calories to lose weight - how to assess your caloric needs based on your weekly weigh-ins.

Personally, I did not learn anything new from this chapter so it took me a while to come here and put the post on the site. Looking forward to getting deeper into the book for more indepth information.
