I work and am in a very academic demanding program so I feel your stress. For me exercise is something that keeps me mentally sane so I always do a little no matter what. If that means waking up a bit earlier or bringing my notes or reading to look over on the elliptical, so be it. My gym is right by our dining hall so a lot of times if I am meeting friends for dinner, I will just go before. I also put on my gym clothes right when I wake up (I'm not the most stylish girl on campus but it is just class!) and wear it to all my classes. If I have an hour in between, I run to the gym for 45 minutes and bring an extra tee shirt to change into so Im not too sweaty!

If you really just don't have the time to exercise, do it in small bursts.

For example, jog in place for 5 minutes. It doesn't seem like much, but if you fit this in 10 times a day, it's the equivalent of jogging for 50 minutes and it won't seem like that much :)

i feel like an artist who's lost his touch; he likes himself in his art, but his art not too much.

I sign up for an athletic course every quarter. I HAVE to go or my grade suffers, and it's scheduled into my day so I know I'll have time.

what is your class schedule like? Maybe you could try waking up a little earlier to do some cardio. I also have a workout that I do for every hour I'm studying I get up and do 50 sit ups, 50 squats, 50 jumping jacks, and 30 push ups. It'll give you a much needed break as well wake you up for the homework ahead!

I feel like I have no time to workout between class, homework, work and sleep. How do i find time?
