I'm still holding my own at 255. That is great seeing that I have not started up with my exercises yet. Have started walking again, but not doing the regular walks that I was doing. It will take time to get that active again.
I am going to do the Spark Tracker Challenge of walking 100,000 steps in October !

Well, I see that I didn't stop in last week to report the loss of another pound and today I'm happy to say that another pound has gone traveling. So now I'm down to 258 ! It is looking good and I really have not changed much from what I have been doing in the past. The body is just in a losing mode. Glad that it has happened ! And now, how are you doing ?

Since 5/7/14 I had better change my tracker because it is lower than I am today. It shows that I have gained 3 #'s ! Oh well, I'm doing well with exercise, eating and yet I'm not losing !

Had a 4 month check up with the Dr. and I have not gained or lost in that period of time on his scale. On my scale I have taken 2 of those 6 #'s off ! Back to healthy living habits !
Drinking my water, keeping the carbs down and eating more fruits and veggies.

With the computer being down for three weeks. I was not able to see how I was moving with the SAT and when I got on the scale Monday morning I was rather upset with myself , I had put on 6.8 pounds. Now to get that off once again !

emoticon I have been moving my body all around this past week. Got a Gold Metal for taking over 60,000 steps this past week That feels great now I must go in and face off the scale which I'm thinking that it will be a gain this week. Just a gut feeling ! Here I go , I hate this 264.8 . So you work harder than ever and look what happens. I wasn't really watching what I was eating, but I didn't think that I was that far off ! Hope it is fat gone and muscle building up !

Well it has been a week since I started the new Hampton Healthy Lifestyle eating plan to help with the diabetes and I'm happy with the first week seeing that I wasn't able to cut out all of the unhealthy carbs from the eating plan. Seeing that I was cleaning out the whole house of unhealthy foods. Nothing major, but still no starchy veggies (corn, peas, carrots, potato) and I still had a few of those kicking around the kitchen. I was able to loss 2.5 pounds !

Good Day at least it is this morning for me. I have lost another 1 that is great ! And another 3 inches! Total so far 33 # & 21 " !!! I have 19 #'s to reach my next goal weight.

I have it broken down into losing 10% of my weight ! I have not set a date to do that by it becomes to much pressure as the time comes around. Wishing you all success !

Here it is a few week after the challenge and I"m very happy to say that I was able to break that set point! I was able to lose in the last 11 weeks 12 pounds and 18.5 inches ! I am very happy with the results of the challenge! I'm sticking with it and will see how far I am able to stick with all the changes that I have made !

Well, I haven't been here in some time 2-29-12 was the last time and I was 262.6 and that is looking to be my new set point. Because I have been up and down since then and today I get on the scale and it said 262.6 ! I will except that. I have started the diabetes challenge up again and just like the first time around I put on a few pounds to begin with as you start making stronger muscles ! Muscles weigh more than fat ! So it has only been 4 days with the challennge and I have stepped up my exercise.

I'm a few days late getting here, but I did measure and weighed-in on Monday. Here it is folks i was 262.6 pounds that is an increase of .8 oz. and I have lost another 2inches ! It seems that I lose and then gain and when I gain I have inches gone!

Had my doctor appointment today with a follow up in a month.Their scale confirms that I have NOT lost any weight since I started working @ VOH over 6 months ago now. But at least I haven't gained. :) Getting an exercise bike this month to go along with the manual treadmill & Giselle so I am hoping that will make a difference. Will keep you posted as to my progress as I continue to check in on your weight loss journeys. ;) emoticon emoticon

Well here it is proof that you can be doing everything right and things don't go the way you would hope for !

emoticon emoticon 1.8 pounds emoticon muscle weighs more than fat ! I finished the Jan. Jumpstart Challenge and this last week I put in more time than ever. So this didn't take me by surprize. What did was that I'd still lost 2.5 inches!!! emoticon

Just when you are thinking that nothing is happening you have the surprise of your life ! That is what happened when just before lunch I remembered it was weigh-in day ! So I did my measurements and then I went over to that glass scale. Both area told me that I have been working hard for two weeks with the Jan. Jumpstart Challenge.
I was 264.4 that is a 3.8# difference ! WooHoo and I have lost 6.5 inches !!!!! I'm sitting on top of the world today !

Maybe it isn't the wine, but that you built muscle where there was fat ! The fat weight is less than the muscle ! So could have lost 2#'s of fat and replaced it with stronger mucles with all your moving around !

I am the same...and it pains me to say this, but I have increased my moving and watched my food intake...and the scale is not pudging! That means husband and I need to cut down on our wine intake! Over the holidays we received gifts of wine so it has been easy to have a glass after dinner! He's on board with me to have no weekday wine!

WWeigh-In today and I didn't start my Cure Diabetes diet as planned last week. I'm happy to see that I have not put on any weight I'm still what the new scale said last week 268.2 !This is day 1 of the cure ! No sugar for the next ten days. Today I have to stop having artifical sweetener with my coffee and this is what has caused me to not do it yesterday. Will make this happen !

emoticon new scale in my household and that means that the old scale has to go bye-bye. Good and faithful companion. Even if you are short 10#'s you would tell me the truth day after day.

the new scale is the same as the endo doc's office which means that over night I have put on 10#'s so today's weigh in turns out to be gain ! 268.2

Have dropped 3#'s and 4"! Also dropped insulin from 15 units with every meal and bedtime down to 12 units and no bedtime insulin ! Yes !!!!! The plan is working, it really is working !

I am focused on the Blood sugars and so I'm not getting on the scale. I'm going to get on the scale on Oct.31 and not until then !

WooHoo Honesty time again !

Endo scales said that I'd lost 2#'s I'm all for losing, but my scale at home didn't say the same thing. It showes that I'm still the same as I have been . Holding my own at 260 ! So I'm holding and not taking the tracker down. maybe next week

Which day was Monday? I got so confused!
The scale said a 4 # lose this week. I have been eating more food and it seems to agree with me !

I think that I have just proved that "starvation Mode" does exsit ! Nutritions cut me form 1400 cal. down to 1030 and I have now gained 6 #'s in one week. Does any one get it that it is much harder to lose this weight than to put it back on.
I'm so angery and wrote here a message today about not following her crazy diet plan. I have no energy and have stopped doing any exercise due to the lack of energy !

I have stayed the same yeepeedoowaadididduadididay! 257 two weeks in a row means it is real!

emoticon Go ahead, two days in a row Mr. Scale has said the same thing, and I just wanted to check one more time this morning and it said something else ! I'm still happy, but I won't put that extra 1/2 pound on here !
"Good Morning Dear Friend, step on if you dare !" " You have lost 3# this week !" "Can't stand your excitement this morning would you mind getting off before you jump around!" that is a great feeling that finally I'm heading in the right direction once again.
