I haven't use the point scale. I don't think I want people to know where I was or where I'm going.

I usually gain a little for Thanksgiving and Christmas. I learned starting Christmas cookies Dec 1st is not a good idea. usually I wait until the day before. Then a one or two day really low diet prevents the cookie gain. and back to spark people for a lb a month. but the past few years we went away for Christmas and Thanksgivening. and the candy cake high fat diet just doesn't work well with me. They want MIL to gain weight so put the candy/snack table between the dining room and kitchen and you have to go through the kitchen to get to the bathroom. Every time I go by I grab some fudge. Maybe I'll be done with holiday weight gain by next Thanksgiving.
