Mine is pretty close with the scale at the doctor's office. I think I got on the Wii about 3 hrs after being at the doctor and it was 2 lbs lighter.

I WILL look to smaller goals to accomplish the final goal!

Mine's pretty accurate. In the morning, 1st thing I weigh myself without clothes, get dressed and then weigh myself with the clothes to know how much weight to tell the wii my clothes weigh. So my wii is usually within an ounce or two accurate!

My Wii is pretty close to my bathroom scale, so I usually go by it....right now, the bathroom scale needs new batteries

My wii says I way about 15lbs than I actually do. I think it is because I have to put the extra feet on the balance board b/c it is on carpet.

My Wii scale and my bathroom scale are always about the same...now that I put the extentions on it and it doesn't touch the carpet..before that it was weighing me a few lbs less (although I liked it, i knew it was wrong, lol)

Also remember you don't have to weigh in daily in order to play-once a week is usually good to track trends...

Blessings towards all our journeys.

I use my bathroom scales once a week (first thing in the morning)....then after my coffee and after I have gotton the kids off to school, I will (more so out of curiosity) will step on the Wii Balance board and do the body test.

So far...it's been very accurate.
It's about 0.5lbs higher than what my scale says each week...but that's after 2 cups of coffee, lol....and sometime my cereal.

I'm surprised at how it stays accurate seeing as we are constantly abusing it with our stepping, hehe. (but it does)

Usually the lifts are correct. Do you have any weights around the house? Try weighing yourself with and without the weights and see if the weight goes up the correct amount maybe?

I believe it's fairly accurate. I go to a Slimming World class and the 2 scales are about the same.

I'm not sure if I asked this already , I looked to see if I did and I couldn't find anything . Maybe I asked somewhere else

How accurate do you find the Wii Scale. I can't compare mine to my actual scale cause my actual scale is all over the place like 10 lbs different each day even if I set it in the right spot.

The reason I'm asking is cause last 4 days my Wii scale has been all over the place. I have to weigh in , and I don't know what to do !

I had bought the lifts for my wii and with those I'm like 20 lbs lighter so I know with those it is totally wrong.
