Well we left Christmas day and drove up to the Williams, AZ. On Saturday a.m. we rode the train to the canyon for a two hour ride. We stayed in the Canyon for about 4 hours and then returned to Williams around 5 p.m. We drove home and got back home at around 10:30 p.m., me driving the last three hours home. It was a fast trip up and back but a nice one. It was surely cold up there but we dressed warm.

Today we are going to help her Karate class clean a lady's property up. The instructor believes in teaching the kids service. I like this man. Sometimes he is hard to understand (he is from Peru) but all in all he teaches these kids much more than Karate. After the clean up we have to be in Tucson at 3 for her Art therapy.

On Christmas Eve my friend paid me to make her dinner. I cooked all day, including three pies for her the day before. When it was all said and done I wished I had taken photos of the dinner. The Cornish game hens came out beautiful. Since I had been CHEATING so much on my diet last week my foot swelled up pretty badly. The grains and sugar do awful things to the joints. I am trying to get back on track as the foot is still sort of painful. Took a ibuprofen on Thursday night and again last night, the 800 mg. Then benefits of keto are far more beneficial than weight loss. It helps decrease the inflammation in the body and joints.

Trying to get back on track, but not easy with all the toxic junk we find during the holidays. Another thing (gluttony) we do these days that is NOT honoring to GOD. Sigh. Back to honoring HIM through what I eat!

Blessings and peace as we face the uncertainty of this new year. The old one has certainly proved how badly we NEED the LORD and how our nation is lacking in Biblical knowledge!

Life is short...live it for HIM!

I forgot to put in my bike ride from yesterday. I waited until it warmed up and rode 3 hours. Then since it was warm we took the child to the skate park. Her teacher came over on Friday to bring her a gift. I think, after talking to him, I need to keep her home. He also said she just wrote anything down and went back to drawing. You have to stay one on one with her to keep her on task. He can't do this even with only 14 children and I don't expect him to do it. She failed History and barely passed in Science. Both those subjects are tested open book and she is one of the best readers in the class.

We are leaving Christmas a.m. for Williams and taking her on the Polar Express to the Grand Canyon. This is what she wanted and since we haven't been going anywhere it is what we will do.

Have a blessed vacation this next couple of weeks!

Life is short...live it for HIM!

Well we have to finish up in her workbooks what she put off. The teacher doesn't want her workbooks and we had to get her quiz's sent yesterday. Anything that needed scanning and sending went.

No biking, only home schooling unless I can get her to do 5 miles on my road.

Have a blessed weekend.

Good Morning

My grandson will get like that at times when we are doing homework, he say's "I am tired of this, lets do the rest later", I tell him no, we only have a little bit more to do and then you are done for the day. I do admit that there is some that his mama will have to help him with, even this simple stuff, but trying to determine how the teacher wants it done can be something,

A nice and cool walk again today. It was 21 degrees but clear, stars were bright this morning. So far, I have only got in a 50-minute walk today as I had to head to grocery early after 7 when they now open. I plan a lunch time hike today. There was a beautiful sunrise this morning.
Such a heavy frost this morning

Have a blessed weekend

This morning we have TWO days worth of History, Science and reading. Arrrggghhh. This is not easy when a child NEEDS an attitude change. Only GOD can do this as she has a pretty poor attitude about life and school. Something needs to change in her heart.

Since they will be closing next week she can go to karate today, and Friday. She will be missing Mondays now as she has art therapy in Tucson on Monday. Next week she'll go Tuesday and Wednesday.

No biking today today again. Life is not what I want but I will deal with the life GOD has given me. Trying hard to adjust to HIS will for my life.

Keep us in prayers. Bless you today.

Life is short...live it for HIM!

A nice and cool walk again today. It was 32 degrees and cloudy. I thought I was going to call my walk my “Dancing in the Snow” walk because there were snow flurries at the start of it, but they lasted only a minute or so. So, I guess this is my “In Search of the Dawn” walk today. I got in another 80 minutes’ walk this morning. The high today only supposed to be 34.
My grandson does karate, he is in his 3 or 4th belt now. He loves it. Only had 3 kids show up for church last night, we had a lesson on the birth of Jesus, then went to the park to enjoy Christmas lights. A good night with them. Not as many Christmas lights out this year....sad
Have a blessed day

Well a good, chilly Wednesday a.m. from sunny, but cold AZ! It was 24 when I got up this a.m. and yesterday it never even made it to 60! I rode, but cut my ride short as I was tired and cold. Hubby came and got me a little over a mile from the house. We had to go into to town as they had a new medication for the child. She is now on a higher dose of Concerta. We shall see if it helps and her home schooling goes better today (ie, no screaming at each other).

Today she has her Karate class and we are doing it twice weekly. The Monday is now going to Tucson for Art Therapy. Add to this home schooling and you KNOW I NEED prayer. Sigh.

Blessings on your "hump" day!

Never ever give up on God, He always comes through.

A rainy hike this morning, 36 degrees. On rainy or icy days one cannot go to Walmart now to walk or to a gym to walk, so outside it was. It did however turn out to be a really nice walk this morning. I walked 80 minutes today. And the rain came to a halt at the end of it. The rain was never really heavy, just a light rain. There was supposed to been snow but glad that did not happen. I would have walked in the snow anyway of there had been. Some people walk in the rain, others just get wet.

I had time to get on today. A nice but chilly walk this morning, 21 degrees. I got in 70 minutes of walking this morning. Beautiful sunrise. Cold today, maybe snow in the morning, hope not. The Best snow I have seen so far is this big white sheet this guy is using as a decoration for ground covered in snow, best kind for me.....

Have a blessed day

Well it is COLD in AZ too, but no snow for us. It was 25 when I got up this a.m. and the wind was blowing when I went to bed last night. Ugh, hate wind!

Well the neighbor's kids are now home too as their school shut down. You know I was thinking yesterday how atheists are such hypocrites. They are the MOST concerned about the spread of disease and yet their "god" Darwin taught it was necessary to "cull the herd" I believe! Now we believe GOD controls our day to die so we don't worry. This means we KNOW we can trust OUR GOD and theirs doesn't inspire any trust! Pretty good, huh?

We have therapy phone call this a.m. so I can't ride in the a.m. and if the wind comes back up I won't ride after the call either. I had to have my hubby pick me up after 28 miles the other day as the wind was blowing so hard against me coming home I had a hard time staying out of traffic!

Have a blessed Tuesday and if you have your grandson enjoy your time.

Life is short...live it for HIM!

Well after a night of heavy rains and raining when I awoke this morning, the rains had settled for my walk today. I walked my “In Search of Christmas Hike”, looking for Christmas lights but seeing only a few. The rains had flushed a many an earthworm onto the sidewalks, so if the birds wake up and get out, they have breakfast waiting for them. We had some heavy rains last night.

I did not walk any over the weekend, spent Saturday and Sunday with my grandson, and it was raining Saturday, Sunday was cloudy and cold. Supposed to have snow Wednesday morning, around an inch, I hope only that, none would be better.

Praying for you all,

God bless you

Have a blessed day

Well the teacher failed to send out a lesson plan for this week. He was also supposed to be Zooming daily with the kids. Ugh. Don't know what to teach as I am NOT a teacher.

I am not sure what is going to happen in this world, but the children are not learning as most people are not even knowing what to do. I guess I will try the Abeka site and see if I can figure it out.

Today the child starts art therapy in Tucson. It will be once a week trips until we figure out if it works or not. I pray it works for her.

Have a blessed Monday!

The neighbor is coming back today to help as her child is back to school today. I will get dressed and ride as I haven't since Sunday. Trying to deal with her opposition daily is a challenge. The only thing that will help me is if the LORD changes her (hard) heart. She is rebellious like her dad was, but the harder part is she is mean like her mother was/is. I finished reading a book called, "The Boy Who Was Raise As A Dog," and this doctor (Dr. Bruce Perry) worked with severely damaged children. When he moved from inner city Chicago to Houston he ended up working with the children they took out of the Branch Davidian compound that David Koresh had abused. Her life wasn't that bad, but the trauma from the womb (when they fought) and the four months of her mother did enough. Add to this they made her visit her (under supervision for 2 1/2 years). Only GOD can heal what is damaged.

Tomorrow is the weekend! WooHoo. I find this homeschooling thing hard with her. Please pray GOD will change her heart before I lose my mind!

Blessings and peace for your weekend. And SLEEP with HIS peace and get rest.

Life is short...live it for HIM!

I got in a really good and nice walk this morning. May do a walk at lunch today. It was 46 degrees and clear with a beautiful sunrise. I look to the east and saw as the waning moon and below it to the left was a bright star and I thought about the star the wise men saw, the star of Jesus. Follow Jesus, He knows the way for you.

I got about 4 hours of sleep last night, woke up and 3 and could not back to sleep, too much on my mind, and I have been praying about it, but just not completely trusting that God knows the pathway for me to go. Forgive me God. Praise the Lord He opens the right doors.

, “Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding;
in all your ways submit to HIM, and HE will make your paths straight. Proverbs 3:5-6

Have a blessed weekend and God Bless you and your family.

Don't give up keep working with her, you may plant a seed now that will grow but it may take a while. hang in there.

I got in a 65 minute walk today. It was 36 degrees and clear when I started and then a beautiful sunrise. Supposed to hit 62 today. It got up in the 50's yesterday and I was just wearing a t-shirt outside, no coat or jacket, felt good.to put the coats and hoodies aside.

I had another one of my old walking buddies from several years ago, she went on to be with the Lord, it had been maybe 12 years ago we would walk at the gym and walk some. She had been in nursing home last several years.

Have a blessed day

We have a case management meeting today at 10:30. We have a new case worker...young...so we shall train her. I guess this computer meeting is going to be the "new normal" and in some ways it is easier to bring people together from their office or home. There should be at least five of us on this call.

I'm going to stop her medication (Concerta) as I don't see it helping her. Yesterday we got into a huge fight over her doodling on her test and not doing what she was supposed to be doing. She told me she hated me and she didn't believe in GOD and I need to "prove to her" HE exists. I told her the FACT she was in my home safe was proof. It was so draining and the fact is she is not doing well in school anyway and I am praying about not sending her back. The money the state pays can be used to pay a tutor to help her.

I think maybe you are grandson caring today and not on but have a BLESSED Thursday.

Today, is was 32 but partly cloudy on my morning walk, a beautiful sunrise, and now clouds are gone. Supposed to get mid 50's today. I got in a 65 minute walk today.

No church tonight but hoping Sunday we back up and going, supposed to be, that was the plan.

Crazy depressing times.... hang in there.

Well another day here of homeschooling. I am thinking about keeping her out for the next semester as I have grown weary of this stopping and starting with little help. If I am going to teach her I might as well have the help from the Abeka company that will give me DVD's to work with daily. I believe it is a plan to close down the church too as they have once again canceled the Sunday School under the threat of being fined as the school is in the church. Pretty crazy I think.

I will try to go out and ride a bit later. Have a BLESSED hump day.

Well it was 40 when I got up at 7 a.m. Since it is hubby's day off and the child is not attending school we slept in this a.m. I am not motivated to ride since it is COLD, It is surely hard to get out of the bed on these mornings. Central heat would be a blessing.

This a.m. we have an appointment online at 9:30 with the child's neuro mapper and then at 11:30 she has an appointment (online) with her. We have an appointment on the phone at the same time with attorney's working to get us out of a time share with Lawrence Welk. This afternoon if she does her work we will take her to the skate park to ride her skateboard.

I am thinking you must be grandson caregiving today. Have a blessed day with him.

I feel like that too, things so hard but GOD is in control, He never said it would be easy down here. I have another friend that had to go to hospital today, loosing blood and chest pains, he is my age.
Maybe we will open church this coming Sunday, can have games with no mask but cannot have church where everyone is doing what they are supposed to.

The church been going to that is open, the pastor said yesterday, God never closed His doors on us and he would not close his church doors because someone may need to talk about their salvation or need prayer... I agree.

Cloudy out today, 32 on my walk, 40 for a high today. 103 days till spring.

Have a blessed day and hang in there. One day this will all be behind us.

Well it hit 60 yesterday so I rode my bike! WooHoo. I only rode 18 miles to the city park and met hubby and child. She got a skateboard for her birthday and wanted to go to the skatepark.

I am supposed to go to the doctor but since I have no one to help me and I can't take her I will have to cancel. Her school is closed until January 4th, but with all this canceling and hysteria I might not send her back. She is failing to do the work right and at least here we make her do it right. And this canceling school over a virus is stupid. The daycares have NEVER closed down nor had an epidemic. Strange grade schools do. And the homeless, they too seem to be fine. Makes no sense. Stand in a restaurant and you are masked, sit and you are safe. Geeesssshh.

This is hard and I don't know how the LORD expects me to do this. I have walked with HIM faithfully for over 35 years and to give me something this hard, and she is hard, stymies me as I have NO backup. Hubby has to go back to work today. Keep me in prayer please.

Blessings on your Monday and into your week.

I did a 65 minute walk today in the rain, well light rain a couple of times, not to bad. I am calling this one my "Dancing in the Rain Hike". It was 43 degrees this morning, 20 degrees warmer. It got to 52 yesterday, felt so good, wanted to put my shorts and flip flops on but I didn't...lol

I do not like the cold either, 106 days till spring, I told that to a friend and she said most people count down to Christmas ,not me come on spring.

I had a good friend die of the Covid, he was in a nursing home and was isolated, going to miss him,. He loved to run his rabbit dogs all the time. He running those dogs now on streets of gold in Heaven,

Have a blessed weekend.

We went up to Tucson yesterday and picked up my friend's couch at Big Lots and got it into her house! We then went out to lunch and had a nice bacon cheeseburger, no bun. Yum. We did eat of few of their fries. Then a couple of stops before CostCo then home we came. It was almost dark when we got here.

Our friends from Kingman are down here at her brothers (he moved south of Sierra Vista, we live north). They will come soon and eat breakfast with us and spend some times with us before they return to Kingman.

I'm too cold to ride. Ugh. The wind comes up in the afternoon. We shall see what happens here today, maybe another day and no exercise. Don't like cold, don't like wind.

Have a blessed and restful weekend.

I pray to that we are set free from this deceit in the election.

I got in a 70 minute walk this morning. 24 degrees and partly cloudy, Beautiful sunrise, clouds coming as rain coming back in. Enjoyed some swing time with my coffee cup. It was 28 degrees then but felt nice to watch that sunrise.

Another day another point to trust in HIM and not lean on my own understanding. I am so at peace that non of this has taken GOD by surprise. I pray that we shall know the truth about what happened in this election so we may be set free of deceit. I pray for the darkness to be lit up by HIS light of truth.

I am surely glad t have an AWESOME GOD who knows the beginning from the end. I will trust ion HIM and continue to intercede for HIS truth to come to light. Thank you FATHER!

Have a blessed day. We are off to my friend's house to move a couch from Big Lot's to her house!

Happy Birthday, I did not know till now. I had my grandson all day yesterday so I was not on here. II have HIM all day Thursday too, enjoying the time.

Tuesday I had to clean snow and ice off the cars. Put salt de icer on the porch, but I did get my hour walk in at 26 degrees, this morning, it was 21 and clear so all I had was frost on the windshields. Yesterday the high was only 34, today heat wave going to mid 40's.

I saw where the CDC was reducing covid quarantine days from 14 to 7.

Have a blessed day

Well hubby made me a very yummy Prime Rib for my birthday. We had mushrooms with it and it was good. That was it for the birthday as life is not what we know anymore.

I am choosing to trust in HIM no matter how crazy it is around us. Somehow I think it is only getting crazier. They closed down her school on Monday, until Jan. 4th. This is so unreal, how they react to a virus. I believe people have lost it, it being a perspective of GOD's ways, not ours.

I have to get ready for a short ride this a.m. My partner has an appointment for her job today. It is only 29 degrees right now. Burrrrrrr.

Blessings and peace in your day today.

Greetings on this 1st of December. Does it show somewhere that it is my birthday? One of the people on my Keto team wished me happy birthday and I wondered where it shows this? I have missed this somewhere.

Today is a quarantined one for us, sort of. All ya gotta do is say "positive Covid" and it strikes fear in the hearts of those who do NOT believe GOD numbers their days. Do I wanna get sick? Nope, BUT GOD is in control and I will trust in HIM.

Hubby is making me a standing rib roast on his pellet grill. That was sure a good investment. He has also made us two turkeys on it. I know the roast will be just a yummy!

Blessings on your day.

Life is short...live it for HIM!

I thought by law they are required to keep paying, or at least by unemployment, if I was you I would check into that. Praying for you all , sure be glad when all this is over.
No dine in, just drive through,. We have been going to another church, ours not open but others ar. Bars opened but churches not, something not right there.

A good Thanksgiving and couple days off. Walked at the lake pretty much cept for one day when fog was so heavy that I could barely see one foot in front of the other so city park it was that day. Seen lots of deer, crows, herons and few birds. Even went to the big city one day to do more Christmas shopping and I was not grumpy that day, well maybe later....lol

This morning we had our first snowfall of he season, 1 inch of snow as I walked in the snow this morning for my morning walk, 34 degrees and not to bad, now it is 34 degrees and snowing again and feels much colder. Another inch coming, Hurry back spring, I miss you.....

Have a blessed day

Well it has been an interesting week, with an isolated Thanksgiving..thank you Covid. On Tuesday her class was released with the greetings they are quarantined due to a second Covid diagnosis in their class (I believe the first was the teacher). Well Tuesday evening ours ran a fever AFTER taking her to the therapist (101.8). She was presumed to be positive Covid even though after Tuesday night she was fine. Due to the fever and the diagnosis my hubby couldn't work on Wednesday. On Saturday we finally found a place to test and he and she got tested as he had to have it for work. Well yesterday we found out she is positive and he is negative. Due to this diagnosis school is now cancelled until Dec. 8th and my husband is quarantined (work) until the 8th! Understand NONE of us has been sick since she was last Tuesday night. Please keep us in prayer as my husband's employer pays NOTHING for this quarantine they issued.

My neighbor will be here to help home school her since she likes to do this. A good thing she is NOT scared of the Covid thing.

Well have a blessed week as you walk in HIS love trusting in HIS grace!

Life is short...live it for HIM!

Well I have a cake I have to do this a.m. and two hair appointments. One is a color, the other a cut. So my day is busy. I mopped floors and made pie crusts. Tomorrow I will make pies. I am making two pumpkin, one sweet potato and a keto pecan for us. It will be a "cheato keto" as I will put it in a thin store crust.

Alas the child woke up claiming to feel pukey this a.m. and she is once again running a low grade fever. Ugh. I am so sick of sick. If she is not better (there is no school tomorrow) we will have to forfeit Thanksgiving.

Keep us in prayer! Blessings and peace to you and yours.

Interesting how they deem churches need to be closed but Walmart and Home Depot, Loews...etc still flourish. Don't people get it or see it? They could never get Christians to bow down to anything BUT their own selfish health. It has destroyed the Sunday School at the Baptist Church where my child goes to school. She was the ONLY child in Sunday School this past Sunday! Isn't this crazy? Devil 20....church ZIPPO!

FYI my riding partner and I were laughing about "grouchy old husbands" (hers is 4 years older than her, as is mine and we are the same age). We decided, when possible, if her bike breaks down we call my hubby, and if mine breaks down we will call hers! LoL.

Blessings to and for you this week! I am making pie crust today...done...and now to mop floors

Well I am back, it was a good weekend of sorts guess, I did enjoy some lake hikes while I was off. My hikes the temps were in the 60's and clear and sunny . Saw deer, whooping cranes birds and ducks. Did get a light rain and cold front Sunday. This morning on my morning walk it was 36 degrees but clear and sunny.

I did have to go shopping with wife Friday later. I am not a fan of driving in a lot of traffic and like to be home before dark. My wife calls me " ya grouchy old man". when we go out to Louisville or any big city like that.

Our governor who now cannot demand a church to close as it is unconstitutional suggested they close till December 13. Well I was out voted some of the other deacons and ours had to close. I am afraid it might be the death of it as if and when we get back we will do good to have anyone show up, we were really down in numbers anyway.
There were other church that chose to stay open and my wife and I went to one. It had a drive in service as well as inside, we did the drive in part, and they had descent numbers.

I am afraid that when December 13 gets here our governor will suggest stay closed till after the first of the year. We can have football and basketball games where people are at but not church. This is not right....

Yall have a blessed day.

It's Monday and I am recovering from a migraine last night. I need to start getting ready for Wednesday as we are leaving for my friend's Wednesday afternoon. We will stay until Saturday afternoon. We are once again Ziplining on Saturday, but this time with her 15 year old son as my child opted out after the last time!

Today is floor mopping day and maybe pie crust prep day. Tomorrow I have hair cuts and colors I have to do.

Have a blessed Monday.

It is Friday... Our CR leadership meeting for tomorrow is canceled as our friends had co-workers (supposedly) who have Covid. They are quarantined for two weeks unless they submit to a Covid test. Socialism 101 has entered the country. They had to have a new angle and Covid is the ticket. I went to Tucson on Wednesday and was in a convenience store and I didn't carry that day (my 45). They were telling me a person in Tucson was charged and fined $500 for carrying and wearing a mask! See, this is the way they can erode our second amendment rights. I hate to sound like a conspiracy theorist, but the controls are being put in place using a flu to control and cripple a whole nation. They have weakened the church already with their "guidelines."

Since our meeting is cancelled tomorrow my hubby gets to go to the gun show in Tucson. I can't go with as we don't want to take the child. Oh, well, at least I get to ride first.

Today is our Bible Study, but the woman who was going to lead it kind of got very crazy on me and has backed out. i think the Lord took her out as she had some not so nice bondage showing up and doesn't like anyone saying anything to her. Last week she told my neighbor some truths she needed to hear but the delivery was full of foul language. Since she left, trying to divide us, we will be doing a study my friend in Kingman wrote on Cain and his offering.

Blessings on your weekend!

I am off to ride my bicycle after getting the child off to school. Hopefully her day will go well. We started it with a diet Mountain Dew because she ran out of meds and there going to do a medication change today. Praying the Mountain Dew controls her enough so the teacher isn't miserable.

It is going to be in the eighties today so it's another beautiful day in Arizona!

Blessings and peace to and for you!

Well it was a nice 43 degrees this morning on my morning walk. I took a 75 minute walk today, enjoying the clear night time sky full of stars and the beautiful sunrise.

Had 9 kids at church last night, they were good and really glad to be there.

Have my grandson later today.

Probably will be Monday before I am back on here, taking wife to eye doctor tomorrow.

Have a blessed rest of the week.

Had my grandson yesterday, so no being on here, we worked on his virtual schooling and played. I did get in a 70 minute early walk yesterday, it was 41 degrees and clear. It was a cool day.

Today I put in another 70 minute walk this morning at 26 degrees, clear night sky to start off with and seen another shooting star this morning. There was another one of God's beautiful sunrises to enjoy.

Our governor is issuing mandates again for us today, but does nothing to stop abortion. I will be glad when his election time comes due, voting that dude out...….

Have a blessed day

I rode 26 miles yesterday and today I am off to Tucson to see if CostCo has TP. When I went last week they were hoarding again. I wait until I am out and resent hoarders of TP and other paper goods. The world is NUTS. Anyway I have to take the lady in the assisted living a carton of smokes too.

Have a blessed day!

Hubby is off today, so I shall ride. I got up a little after 5:30 and it was 52 this a.m. which means WARM to me! Last week I rode when it was 31 and that is COLD. This is warm compared, so I will take it.

Yesterday was a "kitchen day" for me. I made a double recipe of Keto friendly peppermint bark! Yummy. I also made Keto butter cookies with pecans. It helps to have things one can eat that are sweets. I am being forced to do it as my Keto baker retired. Sigh. For Thanksgiving I am taking and making Green beans (fresh) and pies and a keto soufflé for us.

I need to get moving. Blessings on your Tuesday!

Well me is back, had a good trip to the Smokey Mountains, cept traffic was awful, so much traffic, did not use to be as busy. Went to Pigeon Forge, did not really get out on any trails as I did not want to spend time setting in traffic to get to them, so we just walked around town and down to the river there. I did see a lot of geese as I always see geese there. No bears this time, I miss Yogi bear....lol.

Coming back I seen one spot on I 75 south that traffic was at a stand still for 5 - 6 miles.

Got home and Saturday I mowed, and Sunday after church played with grandson.

I fear that too if Biden gets in, United States we a know and love will be gone, I do feel we are under judgement. I heard he wants to shut everything down for 6 weeks, if so small businesses are gone and our economy. It takes people first of all praying for our country and our leaders to keep us going, it takes people willing to work, not set at home expecting a free check and handouts. They may get their free handouts, a bowl of soup and a piece of bread standing in a long line to get it and 10.00 a week to live on, wake up America. Pray Pray Pray

Have a blessed day

Out of 7 school days she went one and ended up sick on that one. We shall try again today. She seems better today. We took her shooting with us yesterday and she is a pretty crack shot with her Henry 22 rifle

The world is still so crazy these days. I keep praying for GOD's intervention. I know HE is still in control, but wondering if America is under judgement. If BIden gets into the WH then surely we will be with a party controlled by radicals who kill babies and subvert the Word of GOD promoting immoral behaviors. I know a lot of people are praying and repenting (for America) so may GOD forgive us and heal our land.

Blessings on your week. Hope your weekend trip was a restful and restoring one!

Very good prayer, I prayed it and pray for Trump and our Christian leaders everyday. God please help them, guide them and bless and protect them and put the evil enemy down. In Jesus Name Amen.

I was not on here yesterday as I had my grandson again, we had a blast yesterday ,made and flew paper airplanes and rolled around in the leaves. It was such a nice day till the rain clouds and rain moved in around 3. It rained all night.

I did walked yesterday morning for 70 minutes at 62 degrees, clear and beautiful sunrise. This morning I walked as well for 70 minutes with mist to a light rain at times. It started off at 68 degrees and humid but about 30 minutes into my walk, here came the cold winds, it felt so good. It went from 68 to 55 in no time.

I will not be on here again till Monday, my wife wants to head to the mountains for a couple of days. I not crazy about driving in all this but I will.

Have a blessed days and weekends, talk at ya Monday.

Good morning from chilly AZ! Yesterday I went out to ride at 31 and will say that after 25 miles in my warmest clothes....I WAS cold. This a.m. at 5:30 it was and still is at 6, 30. But, alas today, it is supposed to be 70! Maybe I can thaw out.

Did I share we had an electrical problem? Well praise GOD it got solved yesterday and so far only cost us $160 for the two boards in my washing machine. It blew out my pellet stove too, but that was only a .50 fuse and NOT a $250 power board. Geez. Well, the guy came out on my hubby's day off, praise GOD, and determined it was not on their side and proceeded to diagnose it and repair it for FREE, he didn't charge us and could of done so...Another PRAISE! I have to make sure I am thankful for these things and NEVER forget HIS care for us.

I have printed out a prayer from Congresswoman Bachmann for our country and President. I am praying it twice daily until this corruption over the election is solved...I will share it as I feel it is anointed and a blessing and pray you will join in praying it daily if you feel so led!

In the aftermath of the election, what is going on in the battleground states of Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin, Georgia, North Carolina, Arizona, and Nevada is nothing short of wicked.
Just last night, Arizona was moved from the “blue” column to the “white” toss-up column. Our prayers are availing much! It is now up to the Body of Christ to step up.
What if we mobilize a mighty intercessory prayer army to storm the gates of heaven on behalf of the voters of these states? If God has chosen to pronounce judgment on our nation and let it fall under the weight of its own wicked devices, then so be it. I can rest in Him knowing that I left it all on the battlefield.
A Simple Prayer Strategy
The prayer strategy is simple. Join me in praying through these five strategic prayer points. Then, share this with at least 10 friends who are prayerfully concerned about this nation and the integrity of our electoral system.
Please Support The Stream: Equipping Christians to Think Clearly About the Political, Economic and Moral Issues of Our Day.
“This is the confidence we have toward Him, that if we seek anything according to His will, He hears us.” (1 John 5:4)
Prayer Point One: Expose and hold accountable those who practice the seven things God hates and He says are detestable to Him.
According to Proverbs 6:16-17, There are six things the LORD hates, seven that are detestable to Him:
1. Haughty eyes
2. A lying tongue
3. Hands that shed innocent blood
4. A heart that devises wicked plans
5. Feet that are quick to rush into evil
6. A false witness who pours out lies
7. A person who stirs up conflict in the community.
Heavenly Father, we humbly ask that in the battleground states of Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin, Georgia, North Carolina, Arizona and Nevada — please silence every lying tongue and convict the hearts of those who devise wicked plans intended to invalidate and nullify the expressed will of the voters. Stop those who would be quick to rush into evil. Expose and silence every false witness who utters lies and operates in deceit. Thwart the efforts of every person who attempts to stir conflict within their community.
Prayer Point Two: Expose all wickedness intended to steal, kill and destroy the electoral process in these battleground states.
Heavenly Father, we humbly ask that in the battleground states of Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin, Georgia, North Carolina, Arizona and Nevada, you reveal deep and hidden things. You know what lies in darkness. Light dwells with You. (see Daniel 2:22) Please bring to light and expose every lie, deceit, deception, misrepresentation and illegal act intended to “steal, kill and destroy” the electoral process and the expressed will of the citizens and these states. (see John 10:10).
Prayer Point Three: Frustrate those who seek to steal, kill, and destroy electoral integrity and authentic, accurate vote counts in these battleground states.
Heavenly Father, please, “Frustrate the plotting of the shrewd so that their hands cannot perform their enterprise or attain success.” (Job 5:12) May no weapon formed intended to steal, kill and destroy the authentic, accurate vote count and expressed will of the people in the battleground states of Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin, Georgia, North Carolina, Arizona, and Nevada “be allowed to prosper.” (see Isaiah 54:17).
Prayer Point Four: Frustrate and thwart the plans of those who attempt to sabotage the state’s election laws and subvert the expressed will of the people.
Heavenly Father, please “Capture the wise by their own shrewdness and quickly thwart the advice of the cunning” (Job 5:13) whose intention is to sabotage and subvert state and federal election law and the expressed will of the people in the battleground states of Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin, Georgia, North Carolina, Arizona and Nevada. “Hold them guilty O LORD, by their own devices let them fall.” (Psalm 5:10)
Prayer Point Five: Psalm 5 for protection and favor for President Trump.
Heavenly Father, please give ear to President Trump’s words, O LORD, consider President Trump’s groaning. Heed the sound of his cry for help, His King and His God. For to You does he pray. In the morning O LORD, you will hear his voice; in the morning he will order his prayer to you and eagerly watch.
For you are not a God who takes pleasure in wickedness; no evil dwells with You. The boastful shall not stand before Your eyes; You hate all who do iniquity. Destroy those who speak falsehood; You abhor the man of bloodshed and deceit. But as for President Trump, by Your abundant lovingkindness he will enter Your house. At your holy temple he will bow in reverence for you.
Lord, please lead President Trump in Your righteousness because of his foes. Make his way straight before him. There is nothing reliable in what they say; their throat is an open grave; they flatter with their tongue. Hold them guilty, O God, by their own devices let them fall! In the multitude of their transgressions thrust them out for they are rebellious against You. But let President Trump take refuge in You and be glad. Let him ever sing for joy. May you shelter him. May he who loves Your name exult in You. Bless President Trump, O LORD. Surround him with favor as with a shield.
Heavenly Father, please give supernatural wisdom, strength and discernment to the President and his advisors regarding how to navigate the road ahead.
In the Mighty Name of Jesus We Pray,
Amen.

May your day be blessed and filled with HIS glory!

Life is short...live it for HIM!

Well another day in our nation in upheaval. Those of us who trust in HIM will continue to do so, not doubting HE is still in control no matter what happens in the natural. HE is the GOD of the supernatural.

It is 29 here this a.m. I covered my sweet tator and my lettuce last night. Thank GOD the power surge only took out the fuse and not the board on my pellet stove which would have cost $200! We need to figure out the power surging and the electric company said they would come out "sometime this week." Hopefully today since hubby is off on Tuesdays.

Have a blessed day as we continue to trust in HIM and lean NOT on our own understanding as HIS ways are NOT our ways!

Life is short...live it for HIM!

Good prayer, praying for our nation, the evil is exposed and removed from the world. Remember in 2000 the media declared Gore the winner but 37 days later Bush was sworn in. God is still on HIS THRONE.
Praying for your child and healing over her, and for your electrical problems. Bless you all

I got in a good walk today, 70 minutes at 60 degrees clear and a beautiful sunrise, going to 80 again today as it did last three days. Spent a lot of time with my grandson yesterday and I have him tomorrow so I will not be on here Tuesday, He keeps me busy and I love every minute of it.

Have a blessed day

We ended up doing a hospital run Saturday a.m.as she woke up complaining of her heart hurting. They, of course, did a Covid test, which takes THREE days for results. The diagnosis I gave her in the first place stood...a virus of the intestinal nature. They want her out of school ALL week if only intestinal and of course 14 days if Covid. Wonderful.

Add to this the "trailer" (1979) we live in is having power surges. It blew out the panel in my washer to the tune of $160 in parts alone, and now, yes just now, blew out my pellet stove! It is only in the 40's today with a freezing temp in the a.m. I have a friend who is an electrical contractor who came over yesterday a.m. We are calling the electric company to see if it is a problem to the block or if the rats have eaten wires from the block to the trailer. Prayers are appreciated.

Have a blessed week. I am going to share Congresswoman Bachmann's prayer for our country. I am praying it twice daily.

In the Mighty Name of Jesus We Pray,
Amen.

Dealing with a child who has a stomach virus the day after her birthday. High fevers, night time hallucinations, headache and vomiting. Ugh. She is on the mend today, but alas no school and we can't set up for the Celebrate Recovery at the swap meet tomorrow. Sigh. Good news is I get to ride my bike tomorrow!

Last night was tiring as she kept waking up screaming and delusional trying to run out of the house in the middle of the night. I should have known something was up when she asked for a Birthday cake milkshake after school on her birthday and she only finished 1/4 of a Thrifty Ice cream (not in price) one. Of course MOM finished it as I am CHEAP, not wanting to toss a $4+ milkshake. BUT it stopped after her birthday night AND a tiny slice of the oreo cake my neighbors brought her! Arrrrgghhhh.

Have a blessed weekend.

Had my grandson yesterday, we had an awesome day, it was National Donut Day and he let me know it, yes we had to stop for donuts yesterday.

Had water heater problems but praise the Lord is was just loose wires, I praise GOD for prayers.

Beautiful weather right now, highs in the upper 60's to 70's just wish they would have let time alone, it gets dark at 6 now. I can walk in the dark in the mornings, use to that, but like to see the sunset. I walked 70 minutes this morning and 40 yesterday.

Have a blessed weekend.

Well I am going to be home with the child today. She woke up with a headache, stomachache and puking. Oh, and a temp of 101. What a present for the day after her birthday. I pray no one else is sick too (at her school, karate, etc).

I have to go to Tucson today and deliver a cake, at least part way there. I will have to pray and figure this one out.

Have a blessed Thursday.

Was not on here yesterday, had grandson all day, it was a very good day, I did walk yesterday morning before he came, only 30 minutes, then had to run to grocery, glad I did he was one hungry boy yesterday. We went on a short lunchtime hike at a county park to so I got in an hour worth of walking yesterday, just spread out.

Today it was 34 degrees and I did my 70 minute walk today, clear sky full of stars when I started, ended with a beautiful sunrise. We are having some awesome weather right now, highs in the 70's and lows going to be in 40's to 50's and lots of sunshine.

I may not make it here tomorrow as I have my grandson again.

Have a blessed day

Well for the first presidential in years I didn't work the polls (mean inspector needs to retire). I find myself not wanting to know what happened even though I didn't come home exhausted the night before. I feel our nation is headed for serious trouble when people want a free ride and no one wants to work to pay for it. Sigh. People have failed to heed history. This aside, GOD has a plan and is STILL on the throne.

Today my child is 10 years old. At 4:30 a.m. she came into the bedroom (ours) wailing she couldn't find the game watch we gave her on the weekend. Sigh. It was beside her bed where it fell, but it took me a while to get her calmed down. What a way to start the day.

Today I can ride I think, so if I can (and hubby takes her to school) I will. Tomorrow is going to be busy.

Have a blessed Humpday!

We had a good weekend and have no meltdowns from the child. We ate at Cracker-barrel on Saturday and I stuck to my plan and last night was Texas Roadhouse and I once again was a keto minded person, eating only what I should eat.

Adrianna will be 10 on Wednesday and I can only pray GOD will heal her mind and make her whole in HIM. This is my prayer as it is so hard to deal with the baggage in her mind from all the abuse between her parents when she was in utero. A supernatural healing would help me a lot and her too.

I am off for the day today! Peace of JESUS for you and for our country. GOD forgive us and deliver us. In YOUR NAME I pray. AMEN....and amen.

I did my “In Search of Sunshine Hike/ walk” today. 45 degrees and cloudy still with some sprinkles at the end of my walk.. I got in 70 minutes of hiking/ walking today. It is cold 45 degrees and wind blowing and cloudy. No sunshine yet.....not a fan of winter.

I did a 72 minute walk t today. 64 degrees again and cloudy still. I got in 72 minutes of hiking/ walking today. It was a nice walk today, though it was humid. Heavy rains last night into the morning. Still raining lightly now, have not heard how much so far but it was a lot. Hard riving a church van in that stuff

This a.m. hubby is headed the other way so I have to take her to school. Then I have a Zoom call with her therapist (the one I've had for 5+ years) and the program coordinator (who told CPS she knew me and didn't think it was legit to report). It is very hard raising a damaged child, much less when you are OLD! Sigh.

Today is also Bible study and we are doing the part on "Bitterness" and I have been confessing this when my horrid indigestion hits. He teaches in "A More Excellent Way," (Henry Wright) that our physical illness come from the baggage we carry, so when the pain hits I confess. It seems to be helping more than the GasX!

Have a blessed Thursday. Tomorrow night we go up to Tucson for her birthday and to avoid Halloween which we do not participate in and haven't for years. She can swim (weather will be warm) and we will ride bikes on Saturday.

Glad all that worked out, Praise the Lord

54 this morning as i walked, still cloudy, we had about 2 hours of sunshine yesterday, then clouds moved back in and they are heavy clouds. There was some mist a couple of times on my hike.
Heavy rains headed our way again as Tropical Rainstorm Zeta is headed our way to collide with another rain storm. We are in the middle of the collision area.
Walking today, swimming tomorrow with Zeta.....:0)

Thank YOU Lord for YOUR favor with the authorities. The woman from CPS basically thought the therapist was out of line for what she did. By LAW I am allowed to smack my child. Her nose bleed was NOT because I smacked her on the nose. Geez...what a waste and it destroyed my relationship with the therapist. So sad when people think they know it all, but it is ALL book knowledge and not by relationship.

Today it is 25 as I type this. I can see my dead tomato plants on my aquaponics. Time for lettuce and swiss chard. BUT, before we bring out all our woolies it will be 80's on the weekend! LoL. Welcome to AZ! We are going up to Tucson for the weekend as we do NOT do Halloween so we will be at a hotel with a pool so she can swim. We will also celebrate her birthday on Saturday (it is Wednesday).

Have a blessed "hump" day as you walk in HIS will, sharing HIS presence!

Praying for you, God has this.

It is still cloudy and rain headed back our way, 3 -4 inches of rain expected. I may be singing in the rain on my morning walk Wednesday.
This morning was 46 degrees and I got in a 75 minute walk this morning, a really nice walk. It is still dark when I get finished with my walk because of the clouds.

When I was a child I had bleeding nose a lot and at the time our doctor told us that I need to drink hot jello, it helped out, my bleeding nose stopped.

Friday we had such a bad storm it looked like a tornado around us, the winds going in circles and heavy rains, tree limbs down, then cold and drizzle all weekend, this morning I did walk outside, not bad 54 degrees and cloudy.

Have a blessed day

I rode both days on the weekend. I Saturday we took my bike to town for the Celebrate Recovery leader's meeting. I rode home and it was not quite 15 miles. By the time I got home the wind was coming in for attack. The weekend was warm but tonight it is supposed to go down to freezing for the FIRST time and it does look like fall. Yesterday I rode 30 miles but got out a bit later so the last two miles home, uphill, was against 20 mph winds. Ugh...me and Bob (Seger) I say....against the wind!

Wind is expected this a.m. too. I probably won't ride today and tomorrow hubby is off and we go to CostCo. My power fluctuated on Saturday and it blew the board in my washing machine. This is the used one I just got and hubby can fix it, $82 part, but I think the wiring in this old trailer is bad. It is a 79.

CPS showed up on Friday. I believe GOD is giving us favor with them and my professionals who know us have backed us up. Legally I am allowed to smack my child and didn't hit her in the nose, she was having her yearly "dry nose bleeds." With AZ being so dry hers are pretty frequent when the weather is dry. We shall see as they are coming back tomorrow to talk to all three of us at 3:30 p.m. The woman knows my hubby as he was at her home working on her stove in the past month. Also my case manager told her we have ALWAYS sought help for the child. Raising a damaged child is no picnic I tell you and this one has spiritual baggage too.

Well off to do I am not sure of what today. She has karate this afternoon, so I pick her up and bring her home and take her back again!

Blessings on your Monday and week!

I did my hike/walk today. I should have biked because it was clear and 62 degrees but I just wanted to walk. I hiked for 68 minutes today. It was very enjoyable. Sky was crystal clear, such bright stars this morning with another beautiful sunrise to follow. Now the skies are clouding up and rain is coming. Getting really windy. Hope to get in date night at the lake tonight.

Have a blessed weekend and praying all things work out for you

Well my people tell me not to worry, but anytime CPS is involved one has to be weary. But GOD is always in control. We shall see. No weapon formed against us will prosper. I did get encouragement from my child's therapist. She and my coordinator KNOW us.

Today I might run up to Tucson to CostCo. We shall see. Maybe do a short ride. Just decided no CostCo today. Maybe a ride before the wind comes in today. Fall winds ya know.

Blessings and peace in your weekend. Continue to keep us in your prayers.

Another nice walk/hike today. 54 degrees, felt a little cooler than yesterday but is was a good hike. 70 minutes, and clear and a beautiful sunrise. The Orionid meteor shower I thought was this morning early but I did not see any meteorites. Now I have learned it is tomorrow morning before dawn.

I am up and hubby will take the child with him to school this a.m. so I will progress to getting dressed and riding. First stop is this site to post. It was 51 when I got up, so weather is still pretty mild. I think the highs in the 80's today.

Please continue to pray for me/us. Our child is having severe issues and it is so hard for us as we are old.

Have a blessed Wednesday.

Well I got out late, around 7, but the weather is wonderful, not too hot and great sleeping weather at night. Hubby is getting the pellet stove prepared for the 40's. It has been in the low 50's and the past two mornings 49. Until it is cooler (maybe next Monday I hear) we won't light the pellet stove. He was getting ready to brush the chimney when he broke the brush to do it with. I had just left to pick up the child and I turned around and came back and he went in as he has the Loew's card and he gets the 10% discount.

Please keep me in prayer. We are trying to raise a child with a stunted emotional issue. This translate that at almost 10 she reacts like a two year old most of the time. It is wearing me out.

Blessings and peace to you. I got in a 25 mile ride today.

Well my aim was to bike this morning, but the storm clouds still lingering around and it being dark, I decided to walk today. It was a pleasant walk too. 70 minutes of walking at 56 degrees. Again, I had the umbrella just in case. Still a chance of rain today. We had plenty yesterday.
Now about 2 hours later the rain is back.

Have a blessed day

Well I rode 30 miles yesterday and have ridden a lot last week, so today it is an off day for me. Hubby goes back to work today after a weeks vacation, so I be back to taking her to school, except tomorrow as he is now off on Tuesday too.

He bought himself a pellet grill. It is made by the same people who make the Traeger grills at Costco. These are less expensive, but I guess the same quality. He made us ribs and a pork roast yesterday and our friends came and had dinner with us. Afterwards we played a game called Qwirkle. We don't have company often so it was a nice pace for us. We just ate carnivore and they also brought brats we cooked on the grill. I made some Keto (they are trying to be Keto also) pumpkin souffles for dessert! Yum.

Well off to get dressed and taking my child to school. Have a blessed day as GOD takes you through the day and your week also!

A good walk this morning, 72 minutes of walking with it being 46 degrees, chilly but clear. The waning moon wanes no more but has gone to being a full moon now, headed toward a waxing crescent moon soon. The meadow larks were out this morning as well. Later I sat on the patio watching the sun rise. The storm clouds bank was off to the east moving away from us. I hope to walk at lunch today.

We had rain again late yesterday and last night. Turning cooler, I am ready for a warm up. Off to my mother in laws tomorrow.

Have a blessed weekend

I am up, it is still dark, and so I am just sitting here drinking my coffee. Yesterday I did 21 miles and today will probably do this again. We are running up to Tucson to CostCo and to take the handicapped lady some of her money I will be keeping in my safe.

She is now in an assisted care place and pray she will not be so critical and can help herself as much as she thinks she can. Where she is is closer to me out of town. We live southeast of Tucson and she is on the east side of town.

I pray your weekend is blessed and filled with HIS peace and joy!

We had a armed robbery the other evening at a store, the guy fled on foot, before down the road from a us a house was broke into and guns were stolen, wonder if it is same person, the guy on foot was close to our neighbor hood. I do get kind of "ifffy" in the mornings in the dark when I start riding, but I have seen strange things over the years too. I try to stay in street lights at all possible.

A really nice bike ride today, 60 degrees, a clear night time sky filled with a waning moon and stars and an absolutely beautiful sunrise. I got in 50-minute ride today.

Church kids classes started back up last night, so good to see them again, small group, about 10 but it will grow.

Have a blessed day

Up early to ride this a.m. but probably NOT 30 miles today. I am tired, been runniing for the past three days and think today I will slow it down. Haircut at 2 before I pick up the child from school.

Yesterday the neighbor and I went to a lunch at the park after a memorial for a friend's mom. Had a nice time meeting new friends (his sister and her neighbor),

I did a haircut on Tuesday and the lady was telling me that she had talked to a neighbor who is border patrol. He told her that the Mexican cartel is mad at the border wall (boo hoo) and they are going to start coming right through our county. No surprise. Well my bike friend told me four men in camouflage jumped out of a vehicle in her neighborhood on Monday night. I hadn't told her what my other lady told me. Then yesterday at the park a young man told me he was coming home from the lake Monday evening and saw all the law enforcement out around my area with night vision goggles, etc. I keep my doors locked all the time but have for years as we live on a street that ends on a huge ranch and range land where the illegals like to travel to circumvent the Border Patrol checkpoint on the highway. This is why we have guns.

Well have a blessed Thursday. I can't believe the week is almost gone. Praying for our country as life has gotten so crazy and people so mean (another reason I carry my 45 a lot of the time).

Life is short...live it for HIM!

Well we rode 30 miles this morning. Then off to a memorial service in the park for a friend's mom who passed. Just got home and I'm tired. I got up at 5:15 so I'm tired. Got to go pick up the child.

I pray your evening is blessed. Enjoy your fall. We just have the wind

A nice walk this morning, 51 degrees but cool. I had planned t bike but it was a little to cold for that this morning. A beautiful clear night sky as I started walking that turned into a beautiful sunrise. I sat on the patio after my walk and watch the sun’s rays set the tree’s fall leaves a glow. Then as I was walking down the side walk I noticed the beautiful, assorted color of the fallen leaves and thought about walking on streets of gold, as I will in heaven one day. But as for now these are my “streets of gold.”

Have a blessed day

Another flat on my bike Sunday a.m. and this time on my back tire. I should know when my friend leaves me in her dust something is wrong. I rode on to my street and should have stopped and checked at my house. I got passed it and had to walk it back down my street. Hubby is not successful at patching (again) and I believe I need a new back tire.

Off to the bike store this a.m. Hubby is off all week, working on the property, which he rarely has done so it is a LOT of work. Not a lot of water here, but desert growth has roots to you know where. He is wanting to build another chicken coop and get some more chickens. My Bard rocks years ago got eaten by the nasty raccoons.

Going to lunch with the "girls" today. One is 92, the other is 84. LoL. Have a BLESSED day.

It was good that you were there for her, God used you to reach out to her. It has to be hard for her thinking about her children. She needs Jesus and we need to share HIS shining light. Keep it up.

Date night at the lake Friday was sitting in the car watching it rain. Saturday it was raining when I got up so no walk at the lake as I wanted. It was not heavy rains, not no 4-5 inches like one station was calling for, but about an inch of rain the whole time, but at the time never knew if heavy downpours would come, it being a hurricane storm.

Still cloudy this morning on my walk, 61 degrees and really humid. I got in a 65 minute walk today, so glad to be back outside.

Have a blessed day

So now I'll explain my praise. A woman who I knew as a teen once again reached out to me last night in desperation. She has lost two adult children to accidents and reached out at a time when one of my friends from here is up in Kingman (where she now lives). My friend in Kingman neighbor had asked her to go to Celebrate Recovery tonight, so my friend from down here is reaching out to the woman up there and they will all go to CR. I hope this was not too confusing. Started writing it and had to get the child fixed up in her Esther costume as today is character day at school. Then went for a 25 mile ride.

Blessings and peace to and for you this weekend. Three days I am guessing.

Another nice bike ride this morning. 57 degrees and partly cloudy. It was a thin cloud cover as I could see a couple of close stars though the cloud layers. I never did see the moon though till dawn had broken.

I got in another 50-minute ride this morning, 6 miles. Heavy rains moving in later form Hurricane Delta. One weather service giving an inch of rain, another giving 4 – 5 inches of rain. None would suit me.
Have a blessed weekend

A nice bike ride this morning. I could not pass this opportunity up. 58 degrees, a brilliant and clear early morning sky loaded with stars and a half moon. A beautiful sunrise. I rode for 50 minutes today. I got in 6 miles.
A beautiful day today.

No 3 day weekend coming up that I know of.

Have a blessed day

It is 60 here this a.m. and will probably be in the high 90's again today. Fall? Not in Arizona, EXCEPT it has cooled off at nights, which is a reprieve for us.

Today is our Bible Study but the woman leading it is in Kingman with my friends. She is feeling led to stay up there and maybe move up there. It would be a good thing for her as she is co-dependent in a not so healthy relationship down here and needs to have some distance. They are also helping her with some deliverance up there which is also good.

Well off I must go for the day. Do you have a three day weekend coming up? Have a blessed Thursday.

Well I got up late BUT hubby is going to drop off child on his way out of town so I can still ride. I have to go up to Tucson and meet my friend and get my hair cutting stuff I left at her house this weekend. I cut her boys hair and left it there. Road trip!

Watching the world, shaking my head and glad it is NOT my home. What a mess.

Have a blessed Wednesday, hump day!

I had plans to bike this morning, but a chilly 39 degrees and heavy fog deterred that. I hiked/walked for 70 minutes this morning. The robins were out this morning.
Spent part of day with grandson.

Pray this lady helps you all

I rode later yesterday so I did just under 20 miles. Today I have to go into to town with hubby so we can both gas up our vehicles and use our gas points to do it. Then I will come home and ride again for a short ride.

This afternoon we have a meeting with her teacher, principal and the lady who is doing her neuro mapping therapy. It is a blessing she goes to the church so it will make it easier to deal with I hope. She reacts frequently from the back of her brain, acting like a two year old, circumventing the frontal portion that has the knowledge of a 9 year old. She will be 10 in less than a month and a 10 year old with temper tantrums is not fun. I pray this woman can help us. .

Off I go for the day...be blessed.

103 wow, here it is only in the 60's for the highs, some pretty weather though. I walked 70 minutes this morning, 41 degrees with a clear nighttime sky and a pretty sunrise.
Sunday after church went and played with grandson. We collected crickets and grasshoppers, and even found a little garter snake, we bugged him a little bit then pitched him in the field.

Other than Sunday glad weekend is over, everyone so grouchy, full moon I guess....

Have a blessed day

Yesterday was our Zipline day. I had to bribe her down the last line with a $20 bottle. She was scared to death and this was her second time. She came down with the one of the two girls who escorted us. Better than them bringing the truck up for her. It is a 1500 foot line and off a three story tower.

Today is photo day at school. I am going to ride when I get home as it is not too hot, although in Tucson yesterday it was 103 as we were coming home.

Have a blessed day today.
