It does sound a little crazy, but I'll give it a try! Maybe I should throw some peppermint leaves in just for fun also, lol!

I don't think I'm wearing cotton socks. No this is what it says 88% PolyArmour™ polyester, 11% Nylour™ nylon, 1% Lycra® spandex.
Should I be wearing something else?

Ok this might sound a little crazy but here is the cure. Every day for 2 weeks soak your feet in warm to hot water with a tea bag in it. Yes tea bag (of black tea). Spray the inside of your shoes with an anti bacteria spray after use. Then let them air dry.

So I've noticed that since I've been running more that my feet stink, I'm guessing it is from being in the sweaty shoe. I do take my shoes and socks off after a run and let them air out. They don't smell terrible like everyone is wanting to know what that smell is, but I can tell.
Anyone have any recommendations as to what they do/use? I do use a foot scrub a couple of times a week and I use some lemongrass lotion, but it doesn't seem to be doing the trick anymore!
Or maybe it's just my feet who knows!
