I LURVE mac & cheese. I doubt I could have resisted if I had been in your position. Chocolate, baked goods, no problem. But ooey gooey cheesy pasta? Nope.

I just gotta stay far far away from things like that.

I don't know how people do this who have families and spouses living with them bringing trigger foods near and eating them. Y'all must be some really strong folks!

You are stronger than I am - I caved in and ate the Mac n Cheese this weekend - twice. Wife cooked up the last frozen pan for the kids and made me a baked potato - WHAT???

I save half the potato and had a 600 calorie cup of M&C. A day later - had a cup of the left overs for dinner.

I am so weak.

That's amazing! I love mac and cheese also! I make it the lower fat/cal way with skim milk and less butter, and I eat just a cup. I believe it shaves off 100 cals? I dunno exactly but someday you will be able to eat it again!

I'm going to eventually learn to make a healthier version of it! But for now, when my friend makes Velveeta Shells and cheese and then adds a half a stick of butter, it sends warning signs of NO NO NO! haha. I felt like I made the right decision to back away from that one, but yes, I agree it would be great to find a healthier mac n cheese, because that is my weakness. That and chicken wings.

emoticon you did great. My sister and I just had a turkey burger Saturday evening for dinner along with a salad. If we can't find the real lean ground turkey we buy the Jennie-O brand at the grocery store. Well, I wish you success on your journey.

I am feeling VERY happy right now! emoticon Mac and cheese is one of my weakness foods and my friend made some today. I was able to cook in the kitchen and eat without eating any! I felt tempted many times, but I kept telling myself that I could do it, I could resist! I instead made ground turkey burgers i found on SparkRecipes and felt so much better about myself!! I really feel like just being on this website and connected to this team is motivating me!!! So happy about it!! :)
