So I started swimming, its been since Oct 1 and I have done 90 minutes a day 6 days a week since then...... lately I have been getting lows at night and in the morning too...... 61 was pretty low...... and yesterday after swimming too long another low, I take glucose with me and had to take some, 105 minutes, a long swim yesterday, today was better, no lows.

I think I need to adjust my meds and since my medical team is like NON helpful, I think I will take 15 mg of insulin 2x a day instead of 25 and see if the lows stop........ anyone have comments or advice as to what they did in similar circumstances?

thanks much............... OH I was not doing ANY exercise before and barely even walking or standing....... its a radical change.
