thanks for posting this article. As a licensed psychologist myself I enjoyed it. I agree that those who see the world as scary and threatening are drawn to political leaders to the right. It is very easy to scare people who have that negative threat tendency in to start with. We have to train ourselves to respond to the positive.

Get good at lifelong learning, Extend the healthspan as much as possible.

emoticon Do you find writing sticky notes and posting them at your desk, on the fridge, the wall, and your bathroom mirror helpful?

How about adding a little fun, bringing out that INNER CHILD, and writing notes directly onto your bathroom mirror?

Use dry erase markers with a variety of colours, and even better, if they come with erasers.

Take your to-do list and pick 3 items. Write them really big! As you complete each item, erase it!

You can also write things you are planning on doing in the next hour, and erase those after completion. You may be surprised how much you got done! emoticon
