Use the tools on this site - tracking my food intake has made a huge difference for me. Don't dwell on what you haven't done - focus your energy on what you will do differently TODAY! to make your desired changes, and just do it. emoticon

JanaLee is so right about how we are sometimes. We're also great for beating ourselves up. A good friend once said that if we had a friend like we are to ourselves we would no longer be friends. Would we talk to a friend like we talk to ourselves? Be our own best friend and stop beating ourselves up - what would you say to a good friend? Then say that to yourself!!

Try committing to do just one thing today and just for today. For example you could tell yourself, "Today, I promise to deliberately exercise for at least 10 minutes." Then no matter what else happens today, make sure you do that. Tomorrow, make a new promise or repeat the one from the previous day. You need to give yourself some victories to see that you can make the positive choices you so desire to make.

Women are so bad at taking care of themselves because they are too busy taking care of everyone else. Just remember, taking care of yourself is the 1st way to care for others. Start every day with your goals, if you don't make it, start again. You can do it.

Hey all, since this is my joining week team, i will ask anyone to please give me some words, i need some "wake up and smell the coffee" since in all this time have done NOTHING for myself and i feel embarrasad and ashamed and have had a few pity parties and just want deep in my heart to start over and will do so. thanks
