Take care of yourself. Hubby came home with his knee hurting him so bad he could not walk or stand He went to bed and had the magnets wrapped around his leg He would wake up and was really hurting. He slept late this morning and was able to walk and not hurt too bad. We went and purchased some king size pillowcases to hold the worn out bad pad that our dog has been sleeping on. He has set with is wrapped around his leg all evening and talking about hte heat he can feel from it. It is working. We are going to order a new seat pad for us when we need it I used it when I fell and could not g3t up form the floor I had no bruises or soreness the next day when I thought I would not be able to get up and go to work the next day

We have been open here in Florida for a while. We do go some, but we are still staying close to home. We cook most of our meals here from the pantry and freezer as we stocked them both well when all this started. I am making a slow cooke rwith chilli minus the beans. I will divide it into third to make 3 meals. I will add the beans and finish for tomorrows dinner. The rest will be split and one third frozen to us in the next 3 weeks. Hubby is wanting the chilli cheese pie that I make with cornbread.

When the gym closed almost a year ago, I bought a rowing machine and a spinning bike, turning my dining room into my home gym. The Peloton app has made a huge difference in my life allowing me to spin in a classroom setting with my friends who also have spinning bikes at home.

I am now within 5 pounds of my goal weight due to eating all my meals at home and working out 5 to 6 days a week. I cannot see myself ever joining another gym. No excuses.

These are two positive outcomes of Covid-19.

Keeping my positive attitude, going about my daily duty and keeping things in order. I am working on my studies for test to work the upcoming season. Hubby works and I am home most days. I meet my friends at least once a week for lunch and some shopping I am now in the process of planning our trip to my sisters for the Christmas holiday. She has not been going out as she has a problem with her heart so staying close to home. We were there in August and it seemed to really cheer her up. She has been widowed for 14 years. She lives alone with her poodle. She does drive thru for take out at least once a week. I am so praying that we will be able to go

That's awesome WhiteAngel4. Same here. I've been doing meditation, getting outside once in a while so I get natural sunlight, and experimenting with new recipes to keep me sane and grounded along with using this extra time I have to exercise. I was falling off track on that, but recommitted myself this weekend. What have you been doing to keep you from getting depressed.
