I have been struggling for sure and is not doing well with the eating and the fluids as well as handling the stress well.

I have a healthy kidney food plan cause I am having trouble in that area due to overeating....

so I eat certain fruits and veggies and not others

I have lean no fat meats only and very few of that

I have no sugar gluten or white breads I live one day at a time, new to spark but not too new to concepts of recovery

Just for today ..... it really is one day at a time

I padded my dinner last night by adding in a 1/2 plantain cooked in marg with agave on top. This was after my dinner and was for comfort. I had spoken to my hub on phone and was irritated.

Protein shake
Yogurt, agave syrup, pineapple fiber one cereal
tofu, rice, carrots, apples
whole wheat ravioli with tomatoes and green beans and ww eng muffin with marg, 1/2 plantain with agave
