Good job for keeping things under control in December, MAGIK0731! It is a very difficult month to stay on track :)

My goal this month is to lose five pounds or more. Before March of last year, I was at 171 pounds. I had worked hard to get there after gaining alot of weight (30 pounds or more) going through my grief.

I want to be there (171) by March 15, so that by the end of March I can be in the 160's.

"If it is to be, it's up to me!" (Not sure who said this)

Do not worry about what “could have been”! Now is the time to simply start again with being disciplined and focused! I, too, had hoped to be further along but got stalled on a plateau! Now is the time to get started back!! Together we CAN do this! We both need to stay accountable! If you need anyone to encourage you, or go through this with you, just give me a holler :-)

I was very disciplined and focused the month of December. I tracked everything and worked out/did some sort of activity everyday, lost an inch from my hips which equates to about 10 lbs. Once the Holiday's hit, I slacked and before I knew it, it was mid-January and I wasn't tracking or working out. I tried to start again and it worked for a few days and then right back to doing nothing SO this month I am going to treat like December and keep it moving

Had I kept up my focus and discipline, who knows I could've been down 15-20 lbs total BUT that doesn't matter now; what matters is I need to refocus and STAY accountable.

So that is my goal for February. :)
