Been on and off with Spark People, cannot believe ALL the ads! Looks odd. Spark people still has the best community though! I've not gained back lost weight, well maybe 10 pounds but that's gone, I've been trying to create a way of healthy eating and exercise I can live with. Its not easy, but I'm getting there. For me I need to track my food. If I track it i can't wonder why I'm not losing, I can see it. Next is portion control. Another big deal for me, I will eat massive portions. I've learned to buy single serve and I'm actually weighing and measuring. I know I can maintain within 10 pounds with little effort. I just need to lose this last 50 pounds to GET to the maintaining part!!
