This week 210.4 :(

I don't think stress is good during this challenge! My mom is still in the hospital, and I have been traveling 3.5 hours to see her every weekend, then having to play catch-up for all the chores later. Add substituting for one ESOL class for three weeks and trying to get them to understand what I am teaching, and I can honestly say I am proud that I only gained a pound.

Here's hoping that next week will be better. On the plus side, I did work out on the elliptical for 45 minutes this morning. :)

I hit my two month wall of "i'm sick of doing this" again. I hadn't worked out more than once/week for the past two weeks. That ended today! I've re-evaluated my workout and work schedules and started packing my meals again so I'm looking forward to a big loss this week.

223.3 down 5.1. I expected a gain because Friday I got the Bob Evans Wildfire Chicken Salad (dinner size) and rolls. Not only did I eat the whole thing but I had wine. As usual, when I drink I want to munch so I ate the biscuits I bought for Saturday's breakfast. That may not have been a bad thing, because that meant only one bad eating day. And, yes I did log it all.



I WILL look to smaller goals to accomplish the final goal!

Down two pounds for a total of ten since the beginning, thanks so much, this really motivates me. One question though, the recommended calories for me is between 1200 and 1500, I am consistently around 1800 - is 1200 even possible for me?

Less than a half pound in actual loss...BUT! I had a huge fall off this weekend and I'm lucky I didn't gain. From now on, I will PLAN my "cheat meal", so it doesn't sneak up on me like that.

Down 3.4 lbs this week. So happy b/c I was sick last week and there have been a lot of changes. I was really hoping to get back on my game this week but when I got sick and couldn't work out I didn't think it was going to happen. I guess just eating right carried me through this week. Woo hoo!!! I am hoping to lose 6 more by April 2. I really hope I can make it. I just have to get back into the swing of things with working out. My husband is out of town for work so I have all this free time but all I have wanted to do is be lazy. I am not being lazy with counting calories and my food choices but with the exercise. My plan to get back on the horse is to head to the gym tonight and do cardio while watching the first 1/2 of BL then heading home and doing some weights and stretching. Then I am going to force myself to get up early tomorrow and head back to the gym. I have to put myself back in the routine. When my husband was packing the days leading up he kept asking me not to go to the gym and I obliged him a couple of times. Then I got sick the week following. It is the longest stretch of no working out that I have had since I started this.
