Walked 10 minutes yesterday and 15 minutes of floor exercises (cardio)--this am

5:20PM~ 30 minute walk plus another 5 minute of stretches.

I exercised for a total of 42 minutes today. I completed 5 Beginner Spark People exercise videos with Coach Nicole. I did not go to the Park and Rec. today because my muscles hurt and I have a blister the size of a half dollar on the back of my foot. Any tips to reduce the pain from my blister when I am exercising?
