I walked on my treadclimber for 24 minutes during lunch. emoticon

2. Track the food you eat! still trying
3. Stay within your calorie range! better luck tomorrow
4. 30 minutes of Cardio a day!
5. 3 strength (1 upper, 1 lower, 1 core) a day!
6. Do something nice for someone!
7. Tell us on the Challenge Thread what goals you want to accomplish for the week. To reach the first 7 goals everyday
8. Eat every 3 hours to avoid

The other day my DD and I were going to a show and we were late so she was walking in front and walking fast and I had to keep up with her. I thought I'm 61 doesn't she know that and she said later well you kept up didn't you. LOL

30 min. walking and 30 min. bike riding.

Today was a beautiful day so the dog got to walk me 20 minutes for 1.33 miles. She was tuckered out when we got back. emoticon
