every day there a new drugs & items...Choose Wisely... one must weigh the cost...i.e. every drug has side effects and most of them are worse than the original problem...somewhere along the line the oath to do no harm has been lost.

I SO have a similar problem that some of you have mentioned with portion control. I've decided that I'm just not going to eat anything I have not measured or weighed. I've stocked up on measuring cups and brought out the food scale to set it on the counter top. I also added measuring and portion control to my short term goals for this next week. If I can help, let me know. emoticon

I am struggling with getting active. I need to clean and organize my bedroom in the worst way, and I am procrastinating. I need to set and goal and set up some reward system that if I finish the chore, I get to do something (not eat something). I am thinking I really need to work on my perspective with a reward system. "Doing things" can be calorie burning things such as a walk around the block to clear my head. Yes, point of view is relative and critical. emoticon
