The other thing I noticed was you are eating carbs at every meal. Which is fine but they are high in calories.

You should plan a snack for before your dinner, but like you said plan it for only around 150-200 calories. I have found that a yogurt or a piece of fruit.

You can do anything you put your mind to!

Cool - thanks Ginger. Yeah, the wine.... Maybe I'll try just drinking that on the weekends and special occassions only. As for the snacks, I actually eat most of them right before dinner. I think it is because there is so much time b/t lunch and dinner that I am starving. Maybe I'll try a small afternoon snack before that hunger kicks in and limit it to 200 calories. Thanks for your help! That would be ~300 calories saved (no wine and 200 calories less in snacks). :)

Just looking real quick you have wine and that is adding 74 calories. Plus you are snacking a lot. Try to use a low calorie dressing and that can save you half the calories.

I will take another look at it later but that is what I see off the bat.

You can do anything you put your mind to!

I am overeating by ~500 calories per day. Can someone take a look at my nutrition tracker - it has about 5 days of data (you may have to skip through) and give me some honest feedback! I have a good sense of where I need to cut back, but it would be great to have an objective view. Thanks!!! PS Team Leaders, your constant support as I have just rejoined has been amazingly appreciated.
