Folks you will have to get with the program when you retire and every day is the weekend. Learn new and better habits and stay with them. It is doable!

This is the story of my life. I had a terrible weekend food-wise. Bad choices all around, scary weigh-in today. Started Spark Coach today. We'll see if I can get back on track!

I do fine all week (because I sit in front of a computer all day) but weekends are proving to be more challenging. How are you dealing with the break in your regular work week?
