No. I decided against it. After 30 days on my doTerra vitamins, I didn't feel all that different or better. So, I didn't really see that it was worth the expense of the refills... or trying the kids version.

My daughter gives the kid chewables to my grandkids. They like them. I'll ask her about the switch over.

I'm considering getting the kids one with my next LRP. They've been on Flinstones forever, but the more I switch off of artificial junk and less and less high frutcose corn syruped foods, the less they like them. I don't blame them! I refuse to get the gummy candy vitamins tho... they're main ingredient is HFCS! ugh

Do you know what vitamins are "covered" with their A-Z chewable (I think that's what it's called)?

Thanks!

Yes research is mandatory and now with the new FDA stuff it will be even more difficult to find stuff. The deep blue pill is not oil its powder/ herb. I use the oil and the rub too both topically. I have a old shoulder injury that never seems to heal, plus old age in my joints.

The pb assist is the double capsule. The capsule inside a capsule so the probiotics survive in your digestive track long enough to get where they need to be. With my history of digestive issues they have helped me.

I use the slim and sassy oil in my water all the time. LOVE it, but I had to work up to the 5-6 I add to may glass water bottle. It can be strong for first timers. And if on meds check with doctors first as there is grapefruit in it.

At this house we use oils in all forms. I do oregano capsules instead of antibiotics. I use a blend topically for sleep enhancement. I make my own shampoo, face serum, deodorant and laundry soap to name a few things. I even use them on my pets.

Love my oils.

These are the supplements that I take

doTERRA Micro Plex 4 caps/day
doTERRA xEO Mega 4/day
doTERRA Alpha CRS+ 4/day
doTERRA Mito2 Max 2/day
doTERRA TerraZyme 3/day
doTERRA Deep Blue 2 cap/daily

Interesting thoughts on the phytoestrogen stuff. I'm not in menopause just yet - if my Mom's to judge, I've got quite a while yet. I suspect spikes/drops in my estrogen levels are causing increased intensity in my fibromyalgia flare ups. That's why I initially wanted to try that one. I'm planning on seeing a doc soon. Of course, I'll discuss with him as well.

The Deep Blue supplement is different than the oil or the rub. I love the rub and use the oil (roll-on) and the rub quite a bit.

I typically use oils topically, neat or diluted. I don't take them internally very often. I've heard very mixed reviews/thoughts on that, and I'm just not sure which way to land on that just yet.

One thing is for sure - if you want to use oils, you have to be willing to research things out and learn a lot of stuff!

I use the LLV pack plus add in the PB assist and the Deep blue. I have not tried the phytoestrogen. I have used the TerraZyme also. I have diverticulitis/IBS and interstitial cystitis. And have not had a flare since starting them. Plus I don't need all the other stuff I was taking. I had a hysterectomy about 8+ years ago. That's when my energy level and weight became a real problem.

I have more energy now and continue to lose a pound a week. My diet isn't always the best but I know that my supplements are giving me the help I need. I don't take any other meds now.

My primary care doctor feels that oils applied to the skin do not affect our bodies the way taking something internally does. I do apply Deep Blue when taking pain meds and that has helped. I also found applying Deep Blue to the neck when I am itching all over stops the itch. I put it under the ears on the muscles in that area.

Wow, I think I signed up with doTerra last summer and you are more up to date on it than I am?!

I'm not sure I even know what all these are - other than DeepBlue is one like for concentration and focus, is a blend of several of the others. I think I got a sample bottle or one came with my sign up packet??

I wasn't aware that they had a phytoestrogen product. "Phyto" essentially means "fake" or "similar to" and fits in the estrogen receptors in the body, making body think it got some more estrogen. My experience has been that with my obesity, I didn't need to add any more estrogen - the fat itself does something chemical and I can pretend to explain it but I don't have a biochemical background - I remember reading something about the fat creates a steroid type effect?? that creates the phyto estrogen and sounded like a vicious circle thing to me at the time...? (I was researching back a few years ago in my pre-menopause symptom years.). So at the time, I discovered that natural sources of progesterone and testosterone were more what I needed... and I've been in menopause the past 2-3 years I guess... so I don't know what to tell you on that. I still need to find a new doctor as my ob/gyn retired and we didn't see eye to eye on bioidentical hormones or EO's etc.

Gotta get some sleep!!!

Hello. New here. I've been using EO for over a year now with some success, and I'm wondering if y'all have any thoughts on the supplements?

--TerraZyme
--Deep Blue
-- PB Assist+
--phytoestrogen
--MVp
--xEO Mega

I've done research, and I just have no clue. Thanks for your thoughts - good, bad, indifferent. Essentially, my main questions are these:

Should I be taking supplements?
What should I be taking?
