Our number here in Turkey is growing woo hooo..Will be great to have you this side of the planet..can hardly wait to meet up with you ...I am sure eventually we will be able to get most of us together..its just so difficult sometimes as we are all balancing family, work and routines...

I am doing well, keeping healthy and maintaining 167lb+ weight loss. I haven't lost anything in about 1 month- although I am not gaining either- so I am very happy! I am trying to stay focused on being healthy and making good choices rather than weight loss.

I think my biggest help in maintaining has been to drop the 'all or nothing' attitude I used to have. Now if I have not such a great day, well tomorrow is a totally new day- a fresh start to do better. It is more about making good choices most of the time, and making it part of my daily routine. I figure time will past whether or not I make good changes, and I want to be healthier and stronger than I was last year or even 6 months ago. However, I want to be able to maintain those changes and not sink back into my old unhealthy habits and ways. For me the best way is do what I really enjoy, and work my way up to increasing my activity and eating healthier. It didn't happen overnight but the changes are here to stay, and that is what is important to me. Yes, I'd like to be in better shape right now, but it takes time and I'm willing to keep working at. Also, I have to remember and appreciate how far I have come, and all I have accomplished. It hasn't always been easy but I feel so much better than I ever did before. Then, again being obese never was very much fun either! There will always be challenges in life, and it is a whole lot easier to face them as a active healthy person.

My family is still very excited, and gearing up for our move to Turkey. God willing, we will be in Turkey around the end of June. If anyone knows of any good ticket deals near that time period please let me know.

How is everything going for everyone else? I hope everyone is doing well.

Wow!!!! Its nearly summer...half way through the year almost...va va va!!!! What have you to show for your efforts...please share ..i could really use a punch in the arm right about now..
