You girls have a ton of good ideas. I usually just open the shells and eat up. They are such a tasty treat!

The shelled ones are great in salads, but i LOVE eating the ones in the shell better. Just boil them up quickly, then drain and salt - and eat! It's like popcorn, and since you have to pop them out of the shell to eat it slows you down. Yumm!

I've never tried them, but I will. Thanks for the great suggestions.

I saute them with chopped onion for a side dish. Just make sure you thaw them first.

They are great in salads! And the idea of tossing a bunch in a bowl with Itailian dressing sounds good. May have to try that.

One bite, one day, one pound at a time. Remember you are worth the effort!

Make edamame hummus!!!! I have not tried it, but I hear it is incredible. This way you can dip raw veggies, baked chips, etc.

I just eat them plain. Pop the stuff out of the pods into my mouth! YUMMY I also think people put them in salads.

Hi folks. I just bought some frozen shelled edamame. Anyone have any unique ways to eat it other than just salt and butter?

Thanks in advance!
