I'm back to do responses. The day flew by just as weekend days always do. We got everything done we needed to, and now I have an hour of down time before getting ready for the party tonight. My car sounded terrible when I drove it home, like it's ready to break down any minute! Please cross your fingers for us that it won't break down when we take it on the long trip to the shop tomorrow.

Linda, thanks so much for doing the points this week. Would you be able to do them again for this week? I have off after Christmas, so week 4 is better for me to do. Let me know.
I'm sorry to hear you have to go to the hospital again for xrays and that your shoulder still has so much pain. I was hoping that the new bed would do the trick. Hang in there! WTG on losing a kilo this month! That is great!

Frida, hope you have a better day with food choices. I have to watch myself at this party I'm going to. They will play good music though, so I expect to get some dancing in to burn off some of the calories.

Lousie, that must have been terrible not having power! Was that due to those winds? I bet the tamales will be delicious! How many do you make? Hope your daughter enjoys her school break. We don't have off till next Friday.

Ann, WTG on getting in all the fitness. That's a great deal with the pilates classes.

Sharon, good for you for not eating more at the second Christmas party. I think that's great that your dh wants to join WW...yes, SP is free, but the meetings and points may work better for him. I do so much better when my hubby is on track with his eating, since he does much of the cooking. He hasn't been making good choices lately, and that tempts me more.

I don't know when I'll be able to do my blog this week, unless i can manage a short version-I'm often so longwinded on blogs. I will have to do my best to do a short and sweet version! LOL

Well, I better go get ready for our party! Talk to you all tomorrow!

Happy Saturday, Hollies~

It's been a crazy last few days. I'm hoping I can squeeze in a post here, before we head out -lots to do today!

Thursday night, Dave came home, thank goodness, but there was no time to relax. We had carpets being replaced in our family room, den, living room, up the stairs and upstairs hallway on Friday, so we had our work cut out for us, moving furniture. Sean did help a lot with everything he could move himself during the day. Two guys were here all day yesterday, and didn't get done till 7 PM. It all looks very nice - let's hope the dogs can refrain from having "accidents" on them! We put back some furniture last night, but still have to do a lot. Got the internet hooked up again, but I didn't have time to Spark last night - I had some more online shopping on amazon to do for Christmas. Thank goodness, it is shipped right away (with our Prime acct,) and we'll get it early next week.

Yesterday was a very busy, but successful day at school. First we went to the middle school for a morning field trip to see a play. Then in the afternoon, we had our annual gingerbread house activity - the kids make "gingerbread" houses out of pint cartons and graham crackers and decorate them with icing and all kinds of candies -minimal eating of candy, due to our Wellness policy, I was very proud of myself for a couple reasons...#1 - I didn't have any candy at all, and #2. I am not naturally organized, but I had everything set up perfectly and things went very smoothly. Lots of parents attended, and they did a fine job cleaning everything up afterwards. The kids also were on their best behavior!!!

On Thursday afternoon, I had a mini-breakdown when I was talking with two good teacher friends at school about all that has been going on with me at home. They suggested I tell the principal that I would like to postpone my classroom observation, which was supposed to be on Monday (I hadn't even started to think about it with report cards and all,) and that I should consider taking a family leave of one or two weeks off in January, so I have some time to really make the needed phone calls and appointments needed for Sean's help. I did postpone my observation, and my principal was very understanding. I am going to think about Family Leave, and get the necessary paperwork next week. I have almost 180 sick days collected over the years, so I certainly can afford the time. I just have to realize that my students will be okay with a sub for awhile, and that I'm not indispensible. My son has to be my first priority right now.

I have been using Sean's car all week. My car went in the shop Thursday night once Dave was home-the engine light went on, and even after adding oil to it, it didn't sound right. There is no Mini Cooper dealer close by, so we took it to a BMW dealer, and they did a diagnostic on it and couldn't find what was wrong. They did change the oil, but now we have to pick up my car from the dealer today, and tomorrow take it to the Mini dealer an hour away. I hope it isn't a major problem.

Okay...sorry to ramble on without responses. I have to go soon. Today we are picking up our RV at the place where it was inspected. Then I have errands to run. We are going to a Christmas party tonight, so have things to get ready for that. I will try to write again late this afternoon.

Have a great day!
T

I hope to do better to day than yesterday evening. This business about sitting by a table filled with nice food
But to day has to be better.
Being without electricity for both heat and cooking sounds miserable.
Have a nice and better weekend!

Hi Everyone, Well today was the last day of school for my daughter and now the christmas break begins. Did some cleaning, shopping and prep for all the tamales I am making this week. Hope everyone is having a great week.

@ Anne, We froze for those couple days.Everything in my apartment is electric and what was worse besides the heat is we could not cook anything at home.

Hello Holies!

Today I was able to take off from work but still didn't finish all I wanted. I did my run first thing then after breakfast took care of some stuff around the house then went to a pilates class at noon. After that I did some groceries, ate lunch, then took the dog to the dog park, which is about 1.5 miles each way. I don't track it for fitness because we walk at a pace of about 30 minute miles, but I'll count it as an activity for our points this week.

We'll have a simple dinner (tofu, brown rice, steamed kale) then I might head back out to finish my groceries so I don't have to face it tomorrow. I'd love to get some baking done tomorrow plus my morning swim & pilates class.

The reason I'm so keen on these pilates classes is that I got a new-student pass for cheap and it allows me to go to as many classes as I want for 30 days. Tomorrow is the last day I'll have time to go to a class before the pass runs out. I'll have to talk to my DH about getting a regular pass, because it isn't cheap. But I enjoy the class and the teacher quite a bit and it's good cross-training for my running, so we might be able to swing it if I can just go there once a week.

@Linda, congratulations on losing another kilo! Way to go!! With all your extra challenges with your jaw, shoulder, and falling, I'm very impressed that you can keep losing weight through it all. Woohoo!!

@Louise, I hope you at least had heat while you lost your power.

@Amy, when does your DH get home from his last trip?

@Frida, and @Sharon, I hope you have had a fantastic Friday & are ready for the weekend!

Hi, Holly Leaves!
I received SparkMail from Izzybebop saying that she needs to take her page offline for a while and asking me to take charge of the weekly point totals until she gets back. I don't know who is team captain but please ask that person to send the point totals to me at the end of each week until further notice. I have the point totals for the other teams. Please send yours to me even if you have already sent them to Izzybebop for this week.
Thanks,
Sheila

Bowled for 2 1/2 hours this morning with the league. We didn't win but we did have fun socializing with the other women. This week was potluck for the Christmas Party. They mainly had pies and cakes and dressing. There was one veggie tray which I started with. AfteI r the bowling was the fitness center Christmas Party across town. They asked me if I had eaten since I was a little late. I said yes. They said okay then. I was proud of myself for not eating anything else at the second party.

My son came home from school and said that he needs a snack to take to the Christmas Party at school tomorrow. So I told my son we need to go pick out a snack for the class. My husband said bring back something yummy to eat. I told him that I treated the family tonight with subway that I won as a door prize and I brought some chips and diet drinks in the kitchen. I am not bringing anything else home to eat. He said yeah you are right. He said I think that I will join Weight Watchers after the New Year's. I asked him about Sparks. He said that he needs caluclaters and journal to list food in. I told him that Spark has that and it is free. He said that he doesn't want to count calories but rather count points. I told him okay.

Hope everyone has a good evening with whatever you do.

Until next time,

sharon

Hello Hollies!
I'm getting this done now before I finish making dinner, so must be quick.

Today's my rest day. This is the first week in a while that I'm very glad to have a rest day.
Yesterday I had my regular Wednesday run. Every week now I see more holiday lights decorating houses in the neighborhood where I run. I hate running in the dark, but this makes it a little more pleasant than it would be without them.

When I got home from work I was going to have just a half-teaspoon of almond butter--but I couldn't stop! I must have ended up eating a quarter-cup! Ugh! That's about 800 calories.

@Amy, I hope you finished your report cards finally. I'd have to get those cookies out of the house pronto! Hope you had had a good time with your friends making them.

@Sharon, I'd love to work with a trainer. That's great you have such an ambitious plan. I like it when I can't do everything in an exercise class because then I know I have something to work toward and will be challenged. You're off to a great start!

@Frida, @Louise & @Linda, hope you are having a wonderful week!

Hi Hollies~

It was a busy day, and I'm headed to bed...I'm tired, but need to get up early to check over my report cards one last time. The cookie exchange was great, although I don't want to eat any of the cookies. I hope I don't weaken in the next week. I will have to make a tray for work and for my parents.

Linda, I'm so happy that you have your bed and you love it! I'm glad things are looking up for you. Yes, you are doing the points this week. I just added mine up, since I won't have time to do it tomorrow. I just figured I'd get about six hours of sleep tonight.

Have a great day tomorrow!

I am also having problems staying in the calorie range. But it has to do with husband bringing home my favorite snack cakes. He is over 350 calories and isn't trying to lose weight. He thinks that he is helping but in reality he is doing me more harm than good. With that said, I started off the day on a positive note. I took Robert to school then headed over to the fitness center for an appt with my personal trainer 2 1/2 hours. She had me tired when I was done. She said that tomorrow is my day off since they are having a Christmas potluck at noon. She would like for me to alternate the strength training machines with a circuit training class twice a week. I hear that the class is brutle.

Amy, we have 2 weeks off for winter break. Hope you had a good day off.

Ann, glad you was able to sleep for 7 hours. That does the body good.

Linda, Glad you had a good rest in the new bed. It sounds like a bed I would like.

I hope everyone has a good evening with whatever you do.

Good morning all! Can't believe I flaked on posting yesterday also! I went to bed early & actually got 7 hours' sleep last night. So I'm posting this now to make sure it gets done!

Yesterday work was uneventful. Today will be stress-city as I have a major report revision to complete. My colleague's husband is still holding on but I wouldn't expect another week, realistically.

I took a pilates class yesterday then did strength & physical therapy exercises & stretched after I walked the dog. I got in phone calls with my sister & mom both, so that was good. I did stay in my calorie range, too. I will have "exception" days coming up next week so I want to be very careful before then.

@ Amy, don't feel like you're the only one. I, too, will not do well with points this week. Hope you finish those report cards soon! Was the deadline last night?

@Frida, my husband does ceramic sculpture right now (after decades of painting). He belongs to a cooperative studio where they share a gas kiln.

@Sharon, walking counts! Hope you can get back to the gym soon.

@Linda, did you get to sleep in the new bed yet?

@Louise, hope you & your family are doing better.

Better get back to work now. Happy Wednesday all! Week 2 is almost history! Wow!

Good morning, Hollies!

I made up some of my sleep last night-I woke up at 5 something, but then went back to bed at slept in till almost 7:30 (that's about as late as it gets for me.) I have off, but a full day ahead, so I decided to do most of my Sparking first, and then get started on my day. I have to go to the grocery store and cleaners first, then will make my batters here at home and go over to the neighbors to bake them. I used to make the batters at my friend's house, but there's too much to take over, and with so many of us there this time, it will be too messy! I will have a chance to relax and visit with my friends. We'll get something for lunch-sometimes we stay for dinner, too and the guys come over to join us. I'm not sure if I'll stay, since Dave is still out of town. I will need to get home and work on report cards one last time. I will do my best to get as many fitness minutes in between all of these activities. Today I'm shooting for a whole bunch of 10 minute exercise breaks throughout the day...some ST and dances thrown in here and there.

Sharon, congrats on your schools winning such a prestigious state award! I hope that Robert will have a better day today. How much time off do you have for winter break?

Have a great day, everyone! I will try to stop by tonight before bed to let you know how I did with cookie baking and eating, as well as being active. I WAS pleased to see the scale on the downward track this morning! Yay!!! I only have two more pounds to go to get back to my lowest.

Today was supposed to be my day off but was called in to work in the lunch room and recess. The nurse came to see me and said that Robert has been to her office twice since the start of school. I told her that Robert is trying everything he can to get out of going to school. The Arkansas Dept of Education came to present a couple of awards for our schools landing in the top five schools in the nation. Didn't work out today but did walk 3 miles today.

@Ann, Sounds like you are staying busy working. Hope you can take a breather for some me time on Friday.

@Linda, hope you have a good birthday. I also hope your bed feels as good as you expect it.

@Frida, We have a Himalayan Cat named Scott. Sometimes he thinks he is human. He will stand on his hind legs and reach up for you to pick him up. I like snow but not ice. My son and husband are wanting 3 feet but I dont. I have a hard time walking in deep snow.

I hope everyone had a good day today.

H H!

Checking in real quick again before I go to sleep! I am running on empty, having had only two hours of sleep last night! I am sorry that my points will not be very good this week in the fitness area either. emoticon School has taken over this week, but fortunately the end is in sight. I didn't get home till 8:00 tonight (stayed late at school getting sub plans together.) I crashed and burned on a chair in the den, after talking to Dave on the phone for a brief time. Then I woke up about an hour ago, came upstairs, and logged onto the computer...and here, I still am!! I promise to get a better night sleep tonight though. I don't have to get up early, since I'm taking the day off. I will have to look over my report cards though, now that they are printed out, and make any changes. But for the most part, tomorrow will be a fun day. I am making cookies at a friend's house for our annual cookie exchange. I can't remember if I mentioned that before or not. I decided on three new recipes to try this year. I was going to make some low fat Spark recipes, but was afraid they wouldn't be a hit with my friends, so I searched for different recipes on allrecipes.com. I am making an oatmeal cookie, a chocolate mint candy cookie, and a spice cookie. We will be baking and chatting all day, and then everyone (there are six of us) will come home with 18 dozen of different cookies. I will give away a lot of them, but my dh and ds will also eat a lot of them. I will do my best to limit myself to just a sampling. Oh, and closer to Christmas I will make full batches of my family's favorites like choc chip and snickerdoodles. That's when I will also try a Spark recipe for myself!

Frida, I hope you don't get snowed in this year, but I personally wouldn't mind a little snow for Christmas! Where do you live? Congrats on getting your new kiln!

Linda, praying that you had your celebration with your new bed today, and that you are enjoying sleeping in it tonight! How did you make out at your dr appts?

Ann, your exercise is going great! I look forward to having off during the holidays to get a lot more fitness minutes. We don't have as much time off as your granddaughter. We have to go four days next week. Our first day off is Christmas Eve. I hope you can take time off this Friday and get some of your holiday things done.

Louise and Sharon, hope your day went well. I can't believe week 2 of the challenge is almost over. I am proud of myself for keeping better track of my points this time.

Have a wonderful Wednesday!!!

Hello Hollies!

Sorry I didn't make it here yesterday. Last night I didn't remember until it was too late & all I wanted to do was to go to bed.

I ran my long run Sunday morning & stayed in my calorie range for the day even though I really wanted to eat everything in sight. I did all my laundry yesterday and made some turkey soup with frozen leftovers from Thanksgiving. So that's the last of the turkey stock & turkey.

Today was a long work day. I'd love to take a day off this week or next but I have something or other going on every day that will make it so I can't. Maybe I can get away for most of the day on Friday to get some holiday stuff done.

Today I rode my stationary bike then did some stretching. I stayed in my calorie range one more day! So dinner tonight was easy--leftover soup, brown rice, kale, and a baked apple for dessert.

@Louise, I hope you & your little boy are both feeling better today.

@Linda, thanks for sharing about allowing yourself one cupcake. I think if I can limit myself it will work fine. Do you think the extra pain came from your falls? I hope your bed gets there quickly! My birthday's in January, on the 9th. Is yours on New Year's Day? How cool!

@Sharon, that must have been frustrating to just get started with your exercise & have that call come. I hope he really isn't sick again! Do you think he's stressed by something at school?

@Amy, I hope you make great progress on your report cards. When does your holiday break start? My granddaughter's last day is Friday and she gets two entire weeks off.

@Frida, welcome! I look forward to getting to know you.

Bedtime again already. How does that happen so fast?
Sweet dreams, ladies!

H. H!! (hi, hollies!)

A quick check-in. Day went fairly well, but I will be up late tonight working on those darn report cards! After this post, I am getting serious! LOL

Sharon...uh oh, poor Robert! I don't blame him for wanting to stay home when he got all that attention last week. It's probably tough to get back and make up all the work. I hope he really is better!

Linda...sorry to hear that your shoulder was so bad today! I understand about wanting the comfort food! Good for you for limiting yourself to a small portion. Are you a New Year's baby? How fun!

Frida...welcome to the Holly Leaves! It's so good to have you back with the BSG Challenge Team. How have you been?

Ann and Louise...hope you had a great day! Talk to you all tomorrow!

Hi everyone,
Took Robert to school today and had an appointment with my personal trainer to work out. The manager came over after 18 minutes and said your son is getting sick at the school. You need to go and pick him up. I told the Sherrie and Bill I was sorry but I think that this is a game Robert is playing. I told them that Robert was fine all weekend and now all of a sudden he is sick again.

Hi Frida and welcome to the holly leaves team. You will find that we are very supportive here and love to chat.

Tuppence I hope your pain goes away soon and you can get back to doing things you like to do.

Hope everyone had a good weekend.

Until next time,

Sharon

Amy that is the reason I haven't been around much. Every time I thought that I had time to enteract with my spark friends my son would yell "Mom I need you". So I would go to his need.

Hi, Holies!

I can't believe it's dark already! I took it easy most of the day, but I did take a 2 mile walk with the dogs this afternoon. Dave wanted to rest today after his traveling, so I decided to spend the day in the family room with him, since he will be off traveling again tomorrow (one last business trip in December, driving to Ohio this time.) I did do my Christmas cards this morning and also did more online Christmas shopping for my nephews, BIL and parents. Still not done yet! I was going to work on report cards yesterday and today, but I am procrastinating. The older I get, the more stubborn I am about not doing teacher work over the weekend. The report cards need to be finished on the computer by Wednesday morning at 8 AM, so I have time. It's so much easier to do them online than by hand as we used to, but the challenge is I get too distracted by doing other things on the computer (Sparking is one of them!)

How's everyone doing on their Christmas preparations? Can you believe that we only have two more weeks? Dave and Sean just put our huge artificial wreath way up on the stone above our front door. We only have candles in the windows and a spotlight on the wreath for our outside decorations, but inside I have a lot of things around on the mantels and tables. Our tree still isn't up though because we get our new carpets on Friday. I am almost tempted not to put it up, but we will probably keep it up till the middle of January, since it's artificial. Also, this might be the last year for Christmas in our house if we sell it. It's kind of sad for me to think about, but I'm anxious to get away from the big house and all the property we have to take care of.

Sharon, I'm sorry to hear that your son was sick all this past week. I looked at your last post earlier today and was wondering if that's why you were MIA. I am glad his fever finally broke. Did he have the flu? That's great that his bowling team ended up being champions. I'm sure you will be glad to get back to the fitness center.

Ann, sounds like you had a very busy day yesterday! I am envious of you going for a swim. We have a pool at our house that I enjoy very much in the summer, and I miss it now. I don't usually do much holiday baking, but I am going to take off another day this Tuesday to go to a neighbor's house for a cookie exchange. There will be five or six of us, and we will all make three different kinds of cookies and give everyone one dozen. That means I will come home with 18 dozen of different types of cookies. It will be a big temptation to overindulge, so I will do my best to limit myself to only a few. I haven't decided what type cookies to bake for it this year. I was thinking of trying a Spark recipe. Has anyone tried any of their cookie recipes you would recommend. I saw a few come through on my daily emails.

Linda, I hope Steve was there when you fell and you didn't have to stay on the floor for long! I can imagine how that would shake you up! I also hope you get your bed soon, so you'll be more comfortable and be back in your room. I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers. I love your rules that you made for limiting what you eat when you bake. I like licking the bowl, too! I enjoyed reading your blogs - naming your regular blog Bob is so cute!

Louise, I hope you aren't getting what your son has! It sure isn't fun to be sick anytime, but around the holidays it has to be the worst. I hope you are sleeping better now that you are in your new bed.

Well, I better go get the wash out of the dryer and put another load in. Dave needs some clothes to pack for his next trip. While I'm doing that, he's making dinner - spaghetti squash in a casserole kind of like eggplant parmesan.

Enjoy your evening!

Hi Hollies,
I think things are getting better. My son's fever broke on Friday at 2pm. He went bowling yesterday and reported that he was dizzy. I told him that I thought that was from not doing anything for 6 days and not having much to eat. So I went over to the snack bar and brought him a coke and a burger. Robert's team is already 8 games ahead in first place without even bowling any games. They ended up winning one out of four games. So they remain champs this semester.

I am looking forward to returning to the fitness center after being off for one week. I miss the socializing with the ladies I work out with on a regular basis.

@Ann, Glad you got in a swim and was active all day. I don't do much cooking of sweets for the holidays. Mainly because of the same reason. Sweets are my down fall and I eat way to much of it during the holidays @ parties.

@Linda, I know you are going to enjoy your bed when you get it.

@Amy, I am glad your husband made it home to you.

@Louise, I bet the bed felt good and that you were snuggling in.

Full day today. Swam my mile first thing this morning, then after breakfast did some of my groceries, then to pilates class. After that I finished most of my groceries and came home to eat lunch and do some online shopping. I made black bean soup for dinner and it turned out very tasty!

I think I had an especially hard time today craving sweets because yesterday I was off my regular routine. It's so hard to get back on track! But I succeeded with the help of my food tracking and not wanting to skew my calorie differential for the week any more than I already had by my going over yesterday.

I'm tired and ready for bed now.

@Linda, I hope you can avoid any more falling! I hope your bed coms soon so you don't have to make do. Glad you enjoyed the Thai food!

@Amy, glad your husband got home safe & sound. Enjoy the rest of your weekend!

@Louise, I think our posts yesterday must have crossed in cyberspace. How was your first night in your new bed? I hope it makes a positive difference for you. Sleeping is so important! I know I have to remind myself of that all the time as I get lazy about getting enough and must force myself to get to bed on time.

@Sharon, I hope your weekend is going well.

I'm thinking about doing some baking for holiday gifts, but it's always hard for me to resist "sampling" the results. Do any of you do holiday baking? How do you handle that?

Good night Hollies!

Just checking in really quick! Hope everyone is having a great weekend! Why do the weekend days go by so fast? Yay, Dave is finally home from California - it took him all day to get home. We just got back from going out to dinner.

Linda, I'm so sorry you had those falls. I hope you didn't injure yourself. Take it easy tomorrow - no rush to get the blog done. I'm glad you were able to go out to dinner. Coconut rice sounds delicious!

Well, I'm going to do a little online shopping for my nephews now. Luckily my sister gave me specific ideas for their gifts, so it is very easy to order everything from amazon, and since we have the prime account, we get everything in two days.

Have a nice rest of the weekend!

It will probably officially be Saturday when I post this, but I will write again "tomorrow" so this is my Friday post. I had a pretty good day at work today, and it was actually better than my day at home yesterday (I won't even go there! LOL) After school today I stopped by my sister's for a little viist (we had an enjoyable time) and I also talked to a SparkFriend on the phone for the first time (we chatted for over an hour!)

Ann, I'm so sorry to hear about your friend's husband. I am glad you are there to support her. I had to laugh when you talked about your walks with the dog. I end up having to drag the boy dog along. He is a fast walker, but stops to sniff and pee on everything, just like yours! Yes, I really do miss my dh! I want to go to support meetings with him, but we'll have to wait another week, because he goes away again next week! I was a bit depressed yesterday home with my son, as he had more problems. I didn't get a nap in, but did go to bed early and got a decent night's sleep for once! I finally got a hold of a counselor, but need to now call my insurance to see if they cover costs. It's going to be a slow process to get him the help he needs.

Louise, I 'm so sorry to hear about your little boy - I bet that was a scary experience. I hope he's beginning to feel better now.

Linda, hope you had a fantastic night out at the Thai restaurant. Good for you eating lightly during the day in anticipation. I really miss my dh since I'm alone here tonight. He is coming home from California tomorrow night. I am going to try to get a lot of my report cards done tomorrow before he gets home. Ya know, I've never ever had a mince pie before! Can you send me one of yours through the mail?!? LOL Remember that I will help you adding points if you need to. Do you have a calculator? They have them online if you don't.

Sharon, hope you are doing well...everyone have a great weekend!

PS...decided to get my blog done early for this week, since I was so late for the last one! Here it is...enjoy!

Had an eventful day. Training all day at work. My dad & brother both called wanting to talk today but I couldn't take any time because of the training. My colleague who has the husband with cancer called twice, once early in the day she thought he was getting better, but then later he resumed his decline. She's on an emotional roller coaster.

I ate too much today but that's OK, I'll get back to normal tomorrow. I ran my 6 miles then did my physical therapy exercises & stretched.

@Linda I love Thai food. I hope you enjoyed yours this evening. It sounds like a fun outing. But even fun things can prove exhausting.

@Amy, @Louise, @Sharon, I hope your Friday went well.

Hi everyone, Sorry I did not make it on here yesterday. My baby boy was really ill and I ended up at the emergency room. He started gasping for breath and was turning blue. His cold went into a respitory infection overnight and he is now on breathing treatments a few times a day along with steroids.

@ Ann, I got my bed and it is like heaven. emoticon I can't wait to sleep on it tonight and see how my back feels in the morning and if I can actually sleep through the night.

@ Hollies, Lets go team for this next week WE can do it, emoticon

emoticon NOTE: BONUS 3: CONGRATULATE EACH MEMBER OF THE PREVIOUS WEEKS WINNING BSG TEAM BY GIVING THEM A GOODIE OR POSTING A COMMENT ON THEIR PAGE.
It just occurred to me this morning that while the number of members on each team are the same, the members of the winning team doesnt normally congratulate themselves. So if youre on the winning team, if you congratulate your team buddies, you will still get points for yourself. Maybe even give yourself a goodie for doing so well!
If you still have questions about this, post them in the Buddy Support Group Challenge Questions /Feedback link.
