I would love to do it but have damaged my sacroiliac joint and every time I start walking it starts hurting.

The Surf n Turf events are a series of water and land based events.

Events are every Wednesday for 8 weeks from Jan 25. There are 3km and 5km run only options, as well as swim/run combos of varying distance, and a stand up paddle event!

A 3k is a great way to get introduced to running events with a very manageable distance!
