I didn't feel the routine was long enough either so I started creating my own routine after the 30 day challenge one. I added on 15 minutes to the end - so far I have the volley ball, boxing (love that one!) and in-line skating. A few different exercises of each to make up 15 additional minutes. I'm hoping as my endurance builds I can go a full hour on EA.

I also walk/jog a 1.61 mile loop (I know goofy mileage but that's my loop) on days that are fairly good weather wise and when I don't have a sick child at home - like this week.

Today was my first day :) So no changing routine for me.. starting 30 day plan :) I don't feel the workouts are long enough though? Today my workout was just over 23min???
