When you click on "add cardio" go to my favorites and plug in EA there. Then you'll need to add the minutes and calories there, which is easy to do since EA tells you both. Add it to your list of favorites and it will always be there that way. I'm w/ you...I do EA almost every day...great way to go! Keep it up :)

I don't really do the Spark's workout I only do Wii Active and a couple of the Biggest Loser workout DVD's. How can i put what I did ion my fitness page and get caloric credit? Also how come they have the Wii sports but not the Wii Active as choices? And is there anyone from the Charlotte NC area that wants to workout together? emoticon emoticon
