April is rocking for me!!! I've gotten in the habit of getting up to get a little yoga and EA Sports done. Then do a little boxing and dancing in the evening when I get home. However on the 8th we started a biggest loser challenge at work and some of my co workers decided they wanted to start walking. We try to get a mile in in the morning. At lunch they walk one mile and I do two and in the afternoon we try to get another mile in.

Just the walking I get done at work can add up to 400 calories burned which is almost where I'd like to be for the day!!

We technically have two breaks which are supposed to be 15 minutes but it typically takes us 20 when we're all walking.

Good Luck to everyone!!! We skipped spring so it's really helping me stay motivated for "real" summer weather!!!
