This month I have started a new routine on EA2, I customized my own full body strength routine that I plan to do every Tues and Sat. I also do spinning twice a week (60 min class on Thurs and 90 min class on Sun), and then yoga on Wednesdays.

Let us know your goals this month or what programs your on. I'm on my 8th round of active and am swimming 3 times a week and walking 4 times a week. I want to get back into running again.

I am starting to run for fun!!!
