Definitely got the water. Since I am hauling boxes for a move, I decided the video should be postponed. Looks like a great one for the snowstorm we're expecting this weekend.

I didn't get to read this challenge until this morning but who would've thought only 10 mins. could result into such a workout. I loved it.

Didn't go to archery too night as too fatigues and achy. I did this video instead of my 5 minute strength that I do daily in addition to a 30 minute walk and a 3 minute run. I couldn't kick high but feel better now that I am done. Good challenge for me today.

I am getting more than 8 glasses of water a day so that is easy for me. I am going to take a bootcamp class tonight that is 45 minutes long. This is my second day of exercise this week, just one more to go to reach goal of 3 x a week. Next week I will strive for 4 days.

I'll pass. I've got a 3 mile run planned today (30mins, 10 min mile). Spent an hour in the gym yesterday pushing heavy weight. Already got a good exercise plan in place and don't want to overtrain as that is detrimental and potentially dangerous.

I wish everyone well with this though. It should help as adding a little more and pushing a little harder is how we progress. Also, be careful how much you cut your caloric intake. Low caloric diets are not sustainable long term as then tend to strip muscle off which is what you need to burn the fat off. Recommend a BIA scale to track your body composition over a standard scale that just tracks weight. I lost 7 lbs a week ago. Sounds great, except 60% was fat 40% was muscle. That's not good for the long run. Pulled back and adjusted. Last weigh in, lost 2.5 lbs 85% was fat, much better. Don't be in a hurry to lose weight fast. IT usually results in over-training, injury, muscle cannibalization and does not lead to long time success.

Sorry for the rambling, just one of those mornings, lol.

If anyone has an xbox360 and wants to view youtube videos on the TV there is a guide ( complex, many steps, but doable even by me ) to stream videos onto your pc. I just got mine setup in under an hour so I can watch Nicole on my tv :
http://www.afterdawn.com/guides/archive/
stream_video_xbox_360_tversity.cfm

This may already be covered somewhere on SP - I just haven't seen it yet here. Hope it helps!

I really wish I could see this on my TV so I can focus and copy the exercise. Gonna have to work on a solution for being able to view them in the living room- computer is crammed in a small workstation area forbidding to workouts :p

Otherwise pumped to give this a try!
