This thread will be what are your obstacles to meeting your goals of losing weight and a healthier life? Some of mine are:
1. I have reflux so I need to get that under control. I see how when it's out of control how it hurts my diet.
2. Time - I need to carve out time and start planning meals. This is crushing me because I have nothing thawed out and then I'm not making healthy selections. I've been starting to use Spark people's planner to put the stuff I have in my calendar on there so every morning I get reminders of what I need to do that day, but if I used that knowledge with my meal planning I could really get some momentum.
