I'm finally able to start this Challenge as my Computer was down for almost a week, sigh. But it's never too late to get back on track. Thank you Gail for thinking of this great Challenge and I will be starting it tomorrow

Wow..I can so DO this Challenge. I am at the low part of the 5 lb. window I've been stuck in...And do not want to go up. So I am all about CONTROL! emoticon

I've been away for awhile and am trying once again to get healthy. I would like to join this challenge but I'll begin tomorrow. I hope that is okay. I have to get my BS under control and am hoping this challenge will help.

We are determined to enjoy the holidays! We are determined NOT to
Have a gain.
The idea of this challenge is to enjoy the holidays but not let the Holidays cause
Us to end up losing ground. Lets stay focused, but not stressed, by tracking our food in the tracker every day. We will be more aware of what we are putting into our mouths.
These next few weeks will be filled with carbs coming at us from all directions. There are carbs in almost everything we eat: snacks, sweets, candy, baked goods, fruit and even in milk and veggies. So for this challenge you will post a happy face emoticon for every day you track your food or a frown face emoticon if you didnít, also if you are within your carb range place a goal met. emoticon
