A New WL Challenge called "Going into the New Year & Not "Stuffing Myself" will start up on Monday, Nov. 11 and run through Jan. 4th. By the end of the week I will post it all up. So now is the time to be preparing and planning to make it another Successful Challenge. Well, this morning I was down another .6, which leaves my total at 9.4. I had put down 10 as a goal...I came pretty close. I claim a personal victory!!!

10/2 275 Up one pound, Salt died, emotional snacking.


10/9 279 Up 4/5 pounds. Swollen like a puffer fish so I hope most of it will go down the drain in the next couple of days.


10/14 276. I'm down from last week but up from the start. Which one counts LOL

10/30 274 Fudge, I'm only down 1 pound when I wanted to finish down 10. But, I am moving more so that is a positive.

9/4 - 244.2 Yikes!! Weight went up a lot in just a week, ugh. I guess I enjoyed my son's Birthdays a little too much with a Japanese Dinner for my youngest son a few days ago and then last night I really "blew it" and ended up eating 3 good size slices of my favorite pizza, antipasto salad and 2 bakery cookies for my oldest son's Pizza Party I don't do that often but I was hungry and couldn't resist all my favorite but not very healthy high cal food. emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon


9/11 241.3 Going Down a little which makes me Happy. . .It's not always easy but it's always Worthwhile. emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

9/25 - 241.1 I got a little sidetracked and frankly ate too many snacks. . .even healthy ones that I love like an Apple with Crunchy Peanut Butter can de-rail us & it did me as for a few days I was eating at least 2 apples and generously spreading PB on them. I need to stop this or at least limit myself to one apple with PB a day. . .Like Jeannie with this tiny weight loss, hardly worth mentioning, I'm just spinning my wheels so I do know what to do and will do that starting right now. emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon .


10/2 242.3 Went up a little but I know exactly why as in the wee hours this morning I ate 2 sandwiches on Sprouts bread and knew I blew it for a good WI today. OMG did those turkey/cheese Oat Bread Sandwiches taste good as I hadn't had a slice of bread in almost 2 months. Surprising after going back to bed and waking up this morning my glucose levels were in the normal range so that's the most important thing. I've had my "bread fix" so hopefully that will satisfy me for another couple of months. So back to eating the SB way which works great for me. . . emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

10/16 244.3 Unfortunately I'm up a few pounds. Last week I thought I could "safely" add a couple of Slender Sandwich Thins to make a healthy multigrain sandwich but unfortunately I was wrong. . One thing lead to another and then I found myself starting to make a sandwich daily using regular bread again. My body just can't seem to handle eating hardly any bread as a result my blood glucose levels started slowing going back up again, drats, ugh So, the last day and a half I'm back off bread and no more eating an occasionally cookie or two. As that also makes me crave something sweet every night and that's another type food that doesn't agree with me losing weight consistently. So, I feel like I'm back to square one but I've learned my lesson and I never want to go back up into the 250s again. So, it's less carbs and a rare slice of bread once or twice a week at the most and no sweets again until the end of the month. At the rate I'm going if I don't do this for myself I'll have to return that yellow polka dot string bikini I just bought for myself. emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon


10/25 Down so 243#s Down 1.3 #s so I'm losing a little and that makes me want to Dance! So as of Friday I weighed in at exactly 243 even My problem is that I'm eating a little bread again and should stop eating any but it's so hard to give up something I enjoy so much. emoticon emoticon

I would be thrilled with losing any amount but just for starters, lets say I would like to lose around 5 - 10 pounds per month for a total of 10-20 pounds during this challenge. I normally don't set specific weight/date goals because I am aware of the risk that setting the bar either too high or too low presents when those EXACT time/pound numbers fail to materialize despite hard work. I do however KNOW I like to work the challenges - so a range instead of a specific number works better for me.

I am in on this one and starting today with a FABULOUS NUMBER - 100 POUNDS LESS THAN MY STARTING WEIGHT - Autumn is MY season - it has the potential to be really AWESOME.

Oct. 6 --- -5.5 pounds, Yay down 2.5 from start

Oct. 13 --- -2 pounds, down 4.5 pounds from the start! emoticon

Oct. 20--- - 4.5 pounds for a 9 pound loss so far emoticon

Trick or Treat Fall Harvest Weight Loss Challenge
Starts Sept. 1, 2013 and runs 8 weeks through Nov. 1st

It is hard to believe it is holiday time again. This is the most dangerous time of year with non stop parties
and back to back Holidays. The first one to get through is all the Halloween treats and candy. This challenge
is geared up to help us stay focused on our eating. It will start on Sunday, Sept 1st. We will weigh every week
and report our losses/gains for 8 weeks until Nov. 1st
Every week when you weigh,report it on the challenge. Make one templet the first week and then edit it the remaining
weeks so it will be easy to find our original posts and for Babs and I to keep track of everyone because their will be a
prize for the biggest loser and goodies for everyone that finishes it. when you lose give a goodie to 2 people on the
challenge.
If you have a gain that week then send some spooky emoticons to at least three cnallenge members on their
Spark Page in the comments section. So lets all have fun at losing. We dont want to be spooked by all the Halloween
emoticons.

If you have any questions please spark mail me! So lets get ready, plan your meals and lets do some serious losing.
The winner will need to be willing to sp. mail me their address at the end of the challenge to win the prize. I will
keep it in confidence and you will like what you won. I know I would love it! So I hope a lot of you will participate.
