I also swore I would never "diet" again but doing this seems more like increasing awareness and taking deliberate action regarding my health.

To get a ticker, you can go to SparkPages and create a SparkPage. At the very very bottom of the page you can pick the ticker background and icon.

This week which will be week 3 for me is to fix the weak places in the previous 2 weeks which were needing to drink more water, walk, no matter how short the walk may be. This has been the best weight loss experience I've ever had. I have sworn to never diet again. This is working because it isn't 'dieting' it's being aware of what I eat and taking care of my nutritional needs and my health. Thanks to everyone out there who understands and encourages us all. Oh yes, and how do you get those little scale things at the bottom of your mail????
