My goals for this week are to:

1)Choose healthy food to eat
2)Drink less soda
3)EXERCISE!

I have been such a slacker on exercise, need to get my butt in gear!

My goals for the week include:

-Posting on here (this is my first one this time around)
-Continuing to work out at the gym, even though it will be alone (have been working out with my son, but he's starting corn detasseling this week)
-Maintaining my healthy eating - I met all my eating goals this week and want to keep doing it until it becomes a habit

Since as of now (official weigh in tomorrow) I have lott zero lbs. this wk. my goal for this coming wk. is to keep motivated and stay on track. This is my normal point of giving up.

1. I'm finishing up my 10 minutes a day challenge this week.
2. I started getting my first CSA and I'm determined not to let any of those beautiful veggies go to waste.
3. I am going to start the hundred pushup challenge this Monday. (I already did the initial test to see where I need to start so I'm ready to go!)

My goal is to not stop for fast food for breakfast on my way to work next week! Also to bring my lunch at least 3 days next week! Gotta watch my money along with my waist line!!
