@ARDYNLEE72 - I'm with you, I ended up doing too much one day last week and had to cut back a lot the next day. Perhaps I should try yoga.

@BUCKHOLDT - congrats on your week 1 too!

@SP_COACH_NANCY and JUNEBUG1944 - Thanks!

I just finished week 1 too.
I had just started a 21 day challenge to do my knee exercises which take about 12 minutes. I am on Day nine today. There were a couple of days that I did my exercise just so I wouldn't have to start over.

Good for you! That first week should be the hardest. I know what you mean about pushing yourself. I did that yesterday, and now I am in serious pain this morning. Gonna take it easy today.. probably do yoga instead of jogging (Wii Fit, not rl jogging).

I managed to complete week 1 with 5 workouts in the week and it wasn't hard at all. This was my first week of exercise back from a long break and while my life is busy, I have lost my nice low heart rate of cardio. I think that doing 10 minutes a day was perfect because even if I was tired or didn't really want to do it, I kept thinking, "it's only 10 minutes." But as many others have experienced, once I got started I would add in a few more minutes because "what is a few more minutes?" I want to take it slow so that I don't injure myself, but this has proved to be a great start.

After I finish this challenge, I'll be looking for other challenges on Spark as this is really working for me.

Thanks everyone for posting your progress, it's great to read the positive experiences (and challenges) that everyone is having...makes me feel like I'm really on a Team!
