If you create a SparkPage, when you are editing it, at the very bottom you'll see the weight loss ticker at the bottom with some options you can play with.

Way to go on the walk!

Wow thanks for all the feedback! I did my walk during lunch hour today and ended up walking for 30 minutes because it was so gorgeous out...it does work! Can't wait till tomw to keep up the streak!

Technical question: How do you get that cool banner on the bottom of your posts? I want one!!! :)

Hope everyone enjoyed their 10 minutes today!

I'm in the same all or nothing camp. I'm really hoping to keep the 10 minute a day goal going. I think I may be able to trick myself into this goal by trying for a perfect year or something equally "all" in my mind.

Good luck and I'm sure your dog will appreciate your goal too!

I'm one of those people that always has to begin something at the beginning of a week, month, year, new job, new apartment, you name it. I've read on here about other people who have the "all or nothing" attitude that I also unfortunately, share..."either work out 5 days a week for 45 minutes or more or don't even bother!"I'm going to try to do this 10 minute challenge each day by walking for 10 minutes on my lunch break (I do live in the greatest city in the world, NYC...I should get out there and walk around!) and on Sat and Sunday, take my dog outside for a nice walk in downtown manhattan! I know I can get 10 minutes in each day and hopefully build up the momentum and motivation to increase it to 20, 30, and beyond...today is day 1! Wish me luck! :) Best of luck to all of you as well! :)
