I did pretty good sneaking my ten minutes in only slipping up a few times. I find even at work if I get up and walk around for just a bit I can get 10 minutes in before I know it.

I managed to get my ten minutes in each day with some days going longer. What I really need is to sneak those ten minutes in at lunch, between appointmente etc. It has been very hot outside but I can always walk the building or (gasp) the stairs. I need to make this a priority and it will happen. Here's to next week....
but the dancing is going good even if the neighbors think I am nuts...

Each day I find myself looking forward to my 10 minutes, then the 10 minutes ends up being 20 or 30. I have never been so motivated to workout. I am parking further away in parking lots, and I am adding to my workouts by spending time walking and talking with my kids. I have lost 3 lbs this week.

I have had a hard time getting my exercise in this week. I barely made 10 minutes each day. If it weren't for this challenge I wouldn't have done anything probably. It was TOM week for me and that made it extremely painful to move. So only did 10 minute evening walks. Hope to do better next week!

I'm finishing week 2. I'm up to riding my exercise bike for 15 minutes at a time, I'm taking the stairs where I live, I'm on the 3rd floor. I'm walking longer and I sneak in exercise, when I'm doing my laundry. Instead of picking up the clothes out of the basket in one armful, I bend over and pick up one piece at a time. I'm feeling better and I can move more easily.

Week two was a complete success! I exercised for the 10 minute challenge - but also continued withJullian Michaels 30 day shred. I know I can at least do 10 minutes and, then, maybe more. I feel good. I haven't begun to lose as most of you have, mine is very slow but it is sure.

I'm finishing week 2. I've been walking, doing a pilates video, and doing the bootcamp workouts. I was aiming for 20 minutes of exercise a day and I sent way over. This week I'm trying for 25 minutes a day.

I'm finishing week 2. This challenge has been really good for me; it really forces me to start working out and then once I start, I usually exercise for more than 10 minutes. Must work on intensity though.

I'm finishing with wk 2 and have been out daily walking - some days longer than others. But I have done it! Today, on an email, I just found the 10 min. video workouts. I did the jump rope video today. These are great videos!! It will definitely keep me moving. Also, on one of the days this past wk. I road the stat. bike. I just have to report all this so that I keep at it! Sorry if it is boring. Actually, today I made myself get out early for the walk knowing that if I did not do it then, it would not happen at all today since this is a busy day. Take care.

Week #2 was easier. I can definitely fit 10-15 mins in every day. For the most part it's just part of my day now. I find myself sneaking in little extra's, I park a little farther away. Walk up and down the halls while I'm at the copier machine. Some say it's not much but it does count.

It helps that the kids have become used to exercising being part of the schedule...except for yoga. I do that after they go to bed otherwise it loses the relaxation factor. LOL.

@BROOKSJELIZ I had such a hard time with that this last week myself. In fact, I suspect that I'm up a pound after a crazy week of having houseguests. But at least we both kept up our 10 minutes!

I exercised every day and on the days I didn't "feel" like going to the Y, I did at least one of Coach Nicole's 10-Minute Cardio workouts. I HAD to do at least 10 minutes and they are the perfect thing to do!

Week two was easy in some ways -- working out has become part of my routine and I actually enjoy doing it now; it was also harder -- we had several social events to go to over the weekend and then my niece and nephew stayed with us for a week. I controlled portions at the party and managed to still workout 5 days, but felt like I was backsliding because my schedule was chaotic and I had a hard time keep track of my caloric intake on several days. I think that will be one of my challenges to myself -- finding a way to slip away at social gatherings to enter my food intake.

I have really enjoyed this challenge so far. Although this past week I only dropped .3 of a pound; this weekend I really cheated with french fries, hamburger and fish & chips -- yummy on the taste buds, but not so ideal on my digestive track that I think has begun to change. I also have incorporated actually walking to the grocery store when only needing something quick, or parking and walking into the bank instead of going through the drive-thru. I am feeling a bit more at ease when I do this vs. the rush, rush, rush of driving here and there. This is GREAT!!!!!

I am really loving this challenge because it is serving as a great basis for the rest of my exercise. I have house guests this past week and despite this I've been able to maintain my record of 5 out of 7 days. I am starting to think that 10 minutes a day is a great baseline effort for me to keep even as I add additional challenges. I want something that I can do even on my lazy weeks or when something throws me a curve ball. I think that if I continue to keep such an easy to fit in base of 10 minutes it will be easy to survive those periods where I'm lacking motivation without going back to doing nothing. In addition, I think it will help me get myself out of those periods.
