I've added the 10 minute workouts that can be found on Comcast On-demand Fitness site. They are much more intense than any 10 exercise routine I would think up.

I started SP at 138 lbs in October 2010. My goal weight was supposed to be 125, which I reached on January 17, 2011. I went up some for a few years, but I started on a plant-based diet in 2020 and am now below my goal weight. I plan to stay on this diet for health reasons.

Try a heating pad and do leg lifts while you are laying down.

Anybody got a suggestion for activity that can be done when a woman has bad cramps?

I started SP at 138 lbs in October 2010. My goal weight was supposed to be 125, which I reached on January 17, 2011. I went up some for a few years, but I started on a plant-based diet in 2020 and am now below my goal weight. I plan to stay on this diet for health reasons.

Have been on the lookout to add a little extra where ever I can plus doing a "dedicated workout". Exercising during commercials of my favorite show (DWTS), "sink pushups" while the water heats up - anywhere I see an opportunity. Am going to focus on stretching this week as I've discovered my flexibility is NOT what I want it to be at all. We will all meet our goals if we just keep trying - so let's do! emoticon

I'm still struggling with '30 minutes or nothing' mentality, but I've decided to stop using the dishwasher here, so washing dishes by hand--and I enforced it by not buying dishwasher detergent when I ran out.

A couple of times I stacked my Wii balance board on four thick books to make a higher step and stepped up and down as I watched tv. Will keep working on this. Onward and upward!

Well I've made it two weeks and am feeling so much better about myself. I am doing my normal M,W,F workouts and then doing 10-15 minutes at least on my stationary bike or walking on most of the other days. I haven't been able to do 7 days a week yet, goal for next week!
