My goal is to continue exercising 6-7 times a week for at least 45 minutes a day! I love the way exercise makes me feel and my lower back doesn't feel stiff like it used to! I know that there are many other benefits to exercise, so I hope everyone on this team sets some long-term goals and sticks to it! emoticon emoticon emoticon

It is far easier to MAKE time to exercise than it is to FIND time to exercise. You want results???? MAKE it happen.

very cool--that'll sure give you some boosts. i love taking the stairs when i can, less of a wait to get to your destination!

I am not going to use the elevator at work unless I am going more than 4 flights, it is going to be climbing the stairs for me. (addition of 1 more flight)

I am also setting a goal of 150 minutes of exercise per week (up 50 minutes)
