My goal is to stick to my meal plan.

I'm very good at sticking to it for my husband and sons meals that I cook but not so much for my own.

Tomorrow (Sunday here) is meal planning day for me. I am looking forward to finding something to add to my part of the meal plan that I will stick to.

Good plan.
I do big batch cooking. It's really convenient.

Starting over with healthier eating after the holidays. Working to make meals healthier by prepping recipes for the following week each weekend. We plan to try a new recipe each week, eat WAY less fast food and build up a supply of freezer meals for faster, easier prep during the week.
