My much needed stress busters I am going to stick with are as follows:

1. Slow down and stay calm so that I don't become flustered. Being rushed makes me go slower anyway.
2. Take at least one day a week of rest and play for myself; two if I feel I need it. I am calling this my "Mental Health Day."
3. Practice slow, deep breathing to help me relax in the midst of stressful situations.
4. Take responsibility for only those things that are in my reach or control. I have a tendency to want to fix everyone else's problems. I CAN'T DO IT ALL!
5. Learn to say "NO" to requests that will be too much for me with the things already on my "To-Do" list or the appointments on my calendar.

Don't tell God how big your mountain is. Tell the mountain how big your God is!
