I wanted to be able to loses 8 lbs per month in the span of 9 months and get a job and hone my dancing skills. I want to be able to save too.

I want to be able to stop the compulsive eating. I was doing okay until this virus came along and our movements got restricted. We stay in the house all day and can only go out to a store or office if it's seriously necessary. And although we can go outside and walk we cannot be near other people. I cannot go to the nursing home to visit my Sweetie. There's no structure to my day, and that makes it really hard to have the discipline to not eat the wrong things.

WHAT IS SOMETHING YOU HOPE TO ACCOMPLISH IN 2020??

Use an UpWalker when walking outside as I am very unsteady.
