The exercise hasn't really happened. I do a lot of walking at the mall though, doesn't that count? lol.

The eating is okay. I'm not going to lose 10 lbs, but I've lost 5 so far. Need to control those weekend binges!

Thanx for checking in! I finally weighed in today...at 146...so 142 will be a strech for the end of the month...but...if I'm really good and can lose 2lbs the next 2 weeks...I can still do it! How are the rest of you doing?

My training, on the otherhand, has been going very well...in spite of starting the month off being sick! Although not doing structured yoga...I have added it back into my stretching routine and have been doing at least 1 day of longer yoga.

Veggies...always tough for me...but I oftentimes eat more than a serving at dinner...to make up for what I don't eat the rest of the day!

I just wanted to check up on the goals for the month. How is everyone doing? If you are not where you want to be what are you going to do to get to where you want to be by the end of the month?

You can do anything you put your mind to!

I haven't actively committed to goals in awhile so here goes...MY APRIL GOALS:

reach 142 by the end of the month...would be thrilled if I could reach 140...

Add consistent yoga back to my workouts - 2x a week - at least

Stretch EVERYDAY!

As usual...continue with the marathon training - I have my 2 longest runs this month before I start my taper in May...

Don't forget about veggies - at least 2 servings every day - including weekends!

My April Goals:

Be at 118 by the end of the month
Stay in calorie range 6/7 days a week minimum
burn at least 1800 cals a week with cardio
Get in the groove with my pilates and running classes
Stay focused with all the running around and tempting food this month!

Smiling just makes everyones day better :)

Burn at least 10,000 calories
Stay within calorie range 25 out of 30 days
Read at least 1 book
15 mins of yoga stretching daily
5 morning workouts
