Goals-
Stay in my calorie range while out of town.
Work out while out of town.
Run at least once a week.

Ashley's Goals:

-Stay within calorie range 27 days
-Exercise at least 5 days a week to amount to at least 2500 calories
-Stick to meal plan
-I will be at least 5 pounds lighter by August 31st!
