I think that I could have done better for the week, but looking back now I did reach my goal for exercise calories burned and I was able to get a couple other personal goals that I had completed.

This week I plan to get in at least 3500 calories burned. I also am going to plan out my meals for the week this afternoon, so that I know how many calories I am eating.

How did you do for week 2? Did you do everything you said you would?

What are your plans for week 3 to reach your goals by the end of the month?

I did well until the weekend. My DH bought some mint holiday M&Ms, and that was it. :( Still trying to get back on track.

I did great for week 1. I burned well over 5,000 calories this week due to moving and unpacking. I also ate healthy for not having too much food available to me.

This week my plan is to get in a good hour workout plus everyday, but Sunday. I also have my meals mostly planned for the week too, that way I know what I am eating and that it will be within my calorie range.
